We are seeking an inspirational and talented teacher who is passionate about making the difference to SEND pupils; able to remove barriers to learning so that SEND pupils succeed in their learning and make good progress in both their school life and beyond. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills, together with the ability to lead, manage and inspire staff and pupils and develop our SEND provision further. Our most recent Ofsted Inspection of June 2013 judged the school to be good overall, with many outstanding areas of provision (including SEND). We aspire to be judged outstanding overall in our next inspection and are working towards this in all that we do. We are seeking a forward-thinking, ambitious, motivated teacher with the energy and drive to lead our excellent team in support of our pupils and to promote and implement whole school practice for SEND. Above all, we need a strategic thinker and inspirational teacher with a positive outlook and commitment to supporting our most vulnerable pupils to succeed and take their place confidently in the world.
