Work flows:

IWO10027 User exit: Generate user-defined settlement rule

Only Planned Cost when no goods movement for PO involved.

After GR for PO the Actual costs were updated.

New material requirements for VJ_PART1 and VJ_PART2 were added to the WO.

TECO was performed.

The open reservations, PR for the non stock material and the reservation for the stock material got automatically deleted, not visible in MD04.

The planned costs didn’t reflect the deletion of the reservations, but the actuals are correct according to the Goods movement completed.

Additional Points:

Incase of Non stock material required for the maintenance opr processing.

Only GR step is performed, No GI.

GR assigns the costs to Maintenance order and issues the material for the operation.

Deletion Flag on the reservation which happened on the previous TECO got reset.

Reservation is now read in MIGO as the deletion flag of the reservation is removed.

Actual Costs still not updated in the order… (Need to check when the materials arec updated in the order)

Settlement rules are derived from the technical object they are linked.
