Internship at studios (multidisciplinary).Gain experience / greater knowledge.Build up contact list.Learn how to run an effective studio.Meanwhile - continued freelance part-time.
3-5 years:
Start my own studio - alone or as a partnership.
Real World Plan:
Its been a privilege spending the past three years working with everyone.
