PROCEDURE TO MAKE ONLINE PAYMENT FOR THSTI TENDERS The payments for Tender Fee and Tender EMD will be made using online payment portal. The approved modes of payments are Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card and UPI. Following are the steps for online payment: 1. Visit on Notification à Tender Page on THSTI Website (http://thsti.res.in/notification- tender.php)& click on Pay button beside the tender; 2. Fill Vendor Details i.e. Supplier Name, PAN No., Contact Person, Email Id, Mobile No. and click on “Continue to Payment” button; 3. Confirm Payment details after carefully examining the auto-fetched tender details and the filled information and click “Confirm and Redirect” to proceed to the payment gateway. The Email id and Mobile number will be used for the payment confirmation at the later stage; 4. Check Redirect to Payment Portal; 5. Make payment using any payment mode (i.e. Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card or UPI); fill in the mobile number, email id to receive email and SMS notification for your payment and click on “Proceed Now”; 6. Redirect to Payment Status; 7. Provisional Transaction Receipt (if payment has not Failed); 8. See your payment history by providing your details; 9. Print Final Payment Receipts and include the softcopy of final payment receipt in your tender bid. STEP 1: Visit the Notification - Tenders page on the THSTI website at the below link: http://thsti.res.in/notification-tender.php At this Tender Notification page, you will find the Pay Fee or Pay EMD button, against the tender whereas the fee applicable. The pay button looks as below: Pay Fee button: Pay Fee Pay EMD button: Pay EMD Once you click on any ‘Pay button’. You will be land to THSTI Payment Portal.

TheTransactionStatusareof3types,PaymentSuccess,PaymentFailorPaymentPending. Only incaseofPaymentSuccessorPaymentPending,youwillberedirectedtoProvisionalReceiptPage.

STEP7:OnlyincaseifyourTransactionStatusis“PaymentSuccess”or“PaymentPending”,youwillbe

redirected to Print the ‘Provisional Transaction Receipt’. The receipt contains the details of yourtransaction.

IfyourTransactionStatus is “PaymentFail” thanprovisionalreceiptwillnotbegenerated&you‘llberedirecttoagainConfirmPaymentDetailspagetoretrythepayment.

If the Transaction Status is "RIP" or "SIP", then, pleasewait till the final settlement between yourbank and the payment gateway is done. The final status will be updated and will be available at"https://payments.thsti.in/search_pay.php"fordownloadafterbankMISreconciliation,itcantakeupto2workingdays.

STEP8FinalPaymentReceipt: Whenyoumakepayment andyouwant to check all yourPaymentHistoryorwant toprintFinalPaymentReceipt,youhavetofollowthelink:
