With our onsite NATA approved testing laboratory, we can provide pressure testing services up to 4000Bar.

Pressure testing is an important component of hose assembly safety, our pressure testing chamber is accredited under ISO 17025 safety standard, thus ensuring your tested hose assemblies are maintained and meeting strict safety standards.

HOSE MANAGEMENT SERVICEFlexible hose assembly failure prevention requires a solid hose management system. Pressure Dynamics staff are experienced in ‘non-intrusive’ hose surveys and data collection. Using our custom-built hose management program, we are able to accurately capture hose assembly assets and provide a predictive maintenance schedule.

This is to ensure assemblies do not exceed their life expectancy and putting your staff, assets and the environment at risk.

As experts in this field, we manage a number of hose assets, ensuring they are compliant to current standards and within test, service and life of asset date.

MOBILE AND SITE CONTAINERS

Our specialist workshop containers allow for on-site manufacture and remedial work to be carried out. These containers are equipped with the latest test and assembly equipment and can be stocked to operate self-sufficiently anywhere.
