Summer Internship Program This Internship program offers undergraduate students in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering disciplines the opportunity to acquire real-life work experience in the industry. Students will be equipped with basic industry-related skills which allow them an advanced start in their future career. Program Duration: Around 3months (from Jun to Aug 2019)

HKIE Scheme “A” Training Program This program is intended for bright degree graduates from Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical Engineering disciplines. It is a “Learning-by-Experience” program and provides young talents with the opportunity to integrate their theoretical knowledge into practice. In addition, the graduates will undertake to complete a comprehensive training and one-on-one mentoring in order to ensure that they will be qualified for HKIE Scheme A training. Numerous graduate trainees have undergone the program and become professionals upon its completion, taking the Company to new heights of excellence. Program Duration: 2 years

Mentoring Program for Higher Diploma Graduates

BEng in BSE/EE/ME (Year 3 Students) • On-the-job training. • Assist Engineer to prepare the

engineering specification and drawing submission, follow up the project progress and site coordination works, etc.

BEng in BSE/EE/ME (Fresh Graduates) • On-the-job training. • Assist in coordinating and monitoring on

engineering specification and drawings submission.

• Follow up the project progress, carry out site coordination works and participate in site meetings.

• Assist in development and implementation of quality and safety plans for the works at designated construction site, etc.

• BIM application.

This program is intended for bright HD graduates from Building Services / Electrical /

Mechanical Engineering disciplines. Graduates will assist Engineer to prepare the engineering

specification and drawing submission, follow up the project progress and site coordination works,

etc. By the on-the-job training, it provides graduates with comprehensive knowledge and skills

training preparing them for a successful career development and meeting the continuous

challenges in works.

Graduate On-the-job Training Program - Assistant Quantity Surveyor We will focus your coaching on cost control, contractual negotiations, and commercials aspects of building services industry. To bring you an E&M QS professional, your training will be fitted with structured and documented library materials. If you intend to pursuit for professional membership, welcome to join our APC Training Program tailored for the professional assessment.
