The purpose of this Land Use Bylaw amendment is to rezone a 22.4 ac portion of NW 31 78 5 W6M from Agriculture (A) District to Country Residential 1 (CR1) District. The purpose of the amendment is to facilitate the subdivision of an additional lot off of a previously subdivided parcel for a residential lot. Copies of the draft Land Use Bylaw amendment are available for public inspection at the Municipal District Office in Spirit River during normal business hours as well as on the MD website at www. mdspiritriver.ab.ca. A Public Hearing for this bylaw will be held in the Council Chambers on February 7, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. Any person wishing to appear before council may attend the hear- ing and their submissions will be heard.
