The mission statement of St. Isidore Parish
St. Isidore Parish is a Catholic faith community committed to helping people deepen their relationship with Christ. The cornerstones of our mission are:
the celebration of the Eucharist,
· Christian service,
· evangelization, and
· religious education for every person.
These are the foundations through which we help people to grow and sustain the excitement of their relationship. We are committed, with the help of the Holy Spirit, to welcoming all to our faith community, seeing Christ in one another and growing in our commitment to be more like Christ, especially in our daily prayer life.
Goal 1 - It is the goal of this parish to strengthen the faith
commitment of the parishioners, both children and
adults, by involving them in opportunities that will allow
them to experience a growth in their faith.
Goal 2 - It is the goal of this parish to develop a plan to
reach out to other parishes within our cluster. This
outreach can be on an informal and/or formal basis.
Arrangements should be made at least 6 months before the
intended date of the wedding. Please call the Rectory to
schedule your date and make an appointment to speak with
Father Walter or Fr. Paul.
Welcome New Parishioners
Please introduce yourself to Father Walter, Fr. Paul, or
Deacon Charlie. Call or visit the rectory to fill out a

We encourage all who are interested to
volunteer to bring up the gifts during
Mass. If you wish to volunteer, see the
presider, deacon, or one of the ushers
before mass. When baptism is being
celebrated or First Eucharist, or
Confirmation, the gifts are brought up by
families or children celebrating the
sacrament.
St. Vincent de Paul Society-We Are Here

needs of our neighbors. We will always try to be
there for them whatever their needs may be.
Informing us of another’s needs is an expression
of love. Please call the rectory and leave us a

Service Opportunities for Adults
GIFT November Service Blitz
We do a wonderful job in creating
awareness and providing opportunities for our young people to engage in their
response to the Gospel through works of service. Often Adults have sought
guidance in finding ways in which they too can serve. As part of our November
GIFT activities our adult community will focus on finding ways to “Reflect
Christ’s Love through works of
Service.”
Part 1 will consist of meeting to share
idea learn about the many opportunities available. All are welcome to join us ei-
ther Thursday at 10 AM at the Rectory at St. Isidore OR Sunday at
7 PM in the Parish Center at St. Elizabeth.
Part 2 will be the actual acts of service, with focus of activity the weekend of
November 21/22.
If you have service ideas you would like
to promote or coordinate, please speak with Diahne before the November
meetings.
