SMU adjunct lecturer Francis Pavri found himself lost at Malaysia's Gunung Belumut when he decided to descend the mountain on his own in order to make an appointment on Saturday evening. He made contact with his fellow trekkers and his wife using his mobile phone which has limited power. After spending a night on a rock near the river, he was found by rangers on Sunday noon.
