I was so excited on settlement day, that I turned up unannounced as the Purchaser was moving in. He was shocked when took my jacket off, rolled my sleeves up and helped carry boxes up 2 flights of stairs for two hours with himMost memorable sale? Every sale has its unique buzz. Just being a major part in the biggest transactions that most people will ever do is such a privilege. I have to admit that when I achieve a sale price of over $20,000 more than the Owner was expecting, to see their happy reactions, that’s a great feelingWhat are the current trends in the market? The market is still very active, we have had properties selling for full price within days of being on the marketHow do you see the market in the next 5 years? I believe the market will continue to be very active for the rest of this year.
