    )orked on +ro-ects +er year. !"e goerning body of '(!B com+rises of re+resentaties from

    goernment, education, labour and business. #sing t"e '(!B as a model, Malaysia "as set u+ a

    'onstruction (ndustry Deelo+ment Board %'(DB& to monitor and u+grade t"e industry. '(DB

    also collects funds in a similar )ay to t"e '(!B.

    'onstruction (ndustry Deelo+ment Board 199. '(DB is a statutory body under t"e Ministry of

    Works, Malaysia and began its o+eration officially in 199. Main income from ley on
