Who is she?• Almudena Cid Tostado was born on 15th June,

1980 in Vitòria (Spain). • She was the best individual rhythmic gymnast.• She started rhythmic when she was 6 and she

retired at the age of thirty. • Almudena also was a model for Nike and Love

Store. • Now, she is writing a book with Juan Rallo. It’s a

book about her carrier.• She was also a presenter in some tv programmes.

She retired• Two years ago in the Benjing olympics,

Almudena draw a heart on a carpet and she kissed it, because she was retiring.

• And she said goodbye to a fantastic carrier.• At this moment, she’s learning to live without

the Rhythmic Gymnastics.

She was the best.In 1996, she was in 9th position in the Atlanta

Olympics. In 2000, in the Sydney Olympics she finished in 9th position. In Athens, she qualified for the finals in 9th, in the finals she was placed 8th, her best ever placing at an olympics.

She completed in the individual all-around the 2008 Olympics in Benjin. She was 10th in the qualifyng round and 8th in the final rounds

In 2009, she recived the medale for being the oldest compiting gymnast.
