Sugar and Spice by Future’s Company
Year 9 students received the Sugar and Spice performance
and workshop from the Future’s Company. This supported their
PSHEE lessons on Sex and Relationships. The performance
challenged attitudes around gender stereotypes, sexual
exploitation and gang culture.
The forum workshop that followed was very inactive, as several
Year 9 students took the role of the main characters.

events.
All students did a fantastic job on the day in their first ever
championship and it was great to see students give it their
all in both track and field events.
Congratulations to Lucy
Robinson 7DVS on winning the
1500 metres.
Labores Ludorum
The race to the Labores Ludorum is nearly complete and
with only softball and Sports Day to go, it is going to be a
close one! The current standings are as follows:
1st: Aquila and Phoenix
3rd: Orion and Pegasus
All four colleges can still win it and we will have to wait for
softball to be completed next week, to put some daylight
between all four Colleges.
