The centrepiece of Ascot's year, Royal Ascot is one of Europe's most famous race meetings, and dates back to 1711 when it was founded by Queen Anne.

Every year Royal Ascot is attended by the Queen and various members of the British Royal Family, arriving each day in a horse-drawn carriage with the Royal procession taking place at the start of each race day. It is a major event in the British social calendar and press coverage of the attendees and what they are wearing often exceeds coverage of the actual racing.

Over 300,000 people make the annual visit to Berkshire during Royal Ascot week, making this Europe’s best-attended race meeting.

A strictly enforced dress code also add to the sense of occasion, especially in the unique Royal Enclosure with highly restricted access.

Furlong Club

Launched in 2012, The Furlong Club is a premier venue for customers wishing to upgrade their Grandstand Admission ticket during Royal Ascot.

The Club's informal environment offers guests an exclusive venue in which to soak up the atmosphere of the Royal Meeting.

This year the Furlong Club has enhanced the experience by reducing capacity and features a stylish interior with increased elegant seating throughout. A range of hot and cold food is available for racegoers to purchase throughout the day.

Located overlooking the finishing straight, the private decked terrace offers a perfect opportunity to enjoy a glass of champagne whilst watching the Royal Procession and thrilling racing action.

Silks Lawn

First launched in 2012, the Silks Lawn, a series of private gazebos, provide an exclusive Grandstand Admission upgrade experience for Groups attending Royal Ascot 2014.

A gazebo located only yards from the track, enables Groups to relax in their own private area, surrounded by picket fencing with a dedicated pay bar.

Directly overlooking the finishing straight, the Silks Lawn is the perfect place to view the Royal Procession and the thrilling racing action.

Food packages are available to enhance your Silks Lawn experience. These can be arranged at additional cost once you have confirmed your booking.

Grandstand Admission Restaurants

Ascot Pavilion

The Ascot Pavilion will be available for hospitality at Royal Ascot 2014 providing an ideal location for corporate groups and parties to enjoy the Ascot experience and feel the buzz of the crowds, located just behind the main Grandstand.

The Pavilion is located a short stroll from the Parade Ring and the track, providing easy access to Royal Ascot’s attractions and sweeping views across the Plaza Lawns. People watching is a must and the private balcony enables guests to take in the sights and sounds of Royal Ascot as the crowds pour through the turnstiles below.

On your arrival you will be offered a chilled glass of Pimms followed by a delicious three course lunch and as the day progresses a light afternoon tea will be served at your table. A complimentary bar will be available throughout the day serving beer, wine and soft drinks all enhanced by the expert service on hand to keep you and your guests refreshed.

Royal Ascot Village

New for 2014 we are pleased to present the Royal Ascot Village situated in the centre of the course combining great food and stunning location with access to some of the closest viewing areas available at Royal Ascot.

The Royal Ascot Village will be a unique celebratory experience featuring colourful interiors, inventive and immersive dining with a touch of Ascot theatre thrown into the mix. Breathtakingly close to the action the main Grandstand offers a magnificent back drop for every race.

Pimms will be served on arrival followed by a served starter and main course. Dessert and cheese will be served from contemporary lozenge stations with a fun Mad Hatters style Tea Party to amaze the senses. A complimentary bar including beer, wine and soft drinks will be on offer throughout the day at Royal Ascot’s brand new carnival creation.

The Sandringham Restaurant

The Sandringham Restaurant completes the trio of restaurants available in the Royal Ascot Marquee for 2014 and is situated on the lower level of the facility.

Lenotre will present the menu and service in this restaurant combined with wonderful views across the racecourse, a large restaurant which is always popular. We are offering private tables of 10 or shared tables for smaller groups creating a relaxed corporate and group vibe without sacrificing quality or service brilliance.

Guests will be greeted by a refreshing PimmsNo.1 reception and then a wonderful three course lunch followed by a light afternoon tea together with a choice of beers, wines and soft drinks throughout the day.

Carriages Restaurant

For 2014 the Carriages Restaurant will be based on the 1st Floor of the Royal Ascot Marquee providing views down the home straight and of the surrounding landscape beyond.

Lenotre , the guest caterers within the Royal Ascot Marquee will be presenting the menu and looking after our guests, bringing their attention to detail and elite service to the Carriages Restaurant.

A masterclass in delicious food and exquisite service in this restaurant, complementing the magnificent racing on the course. We are offering private tables of 10 or shared tables for smaller groups creating a relaxed corporate and group vibe.

The package includes a four course luncheon, afternoon tea and a complimentary bar throughout the day providing fantastic culinary fare alongside refreshing champagne and cocktails.

Balmoral featuring Lenotre @ Royal Ascot

One of the most innovative and ground-breaking additions to Royal 2014 comes with the introduction of Lenotre not only an Ascot first but the first time this internationally celebrated brand will be bringing their cuisine to the UK.

Lenotre runs the 3 star Michelin restaurant Le Pre Catalan world renowned for its lavish décor and sumptuous menus. Lenotre will be presenting all menus and will be looking after all guests throughout the Royal Ascot Marquee bringing a sense of French flair and opulence to the races. Situated on the top floor of the marquee the balcony provides views down the home straight to take in the atmosphere and the roar of the crowd as the horses cross the line and continue past the restaurant.

A five course lunch, delightful afternoon tea together with specially selected wines and a complimentary bar Lenotre @ Royal Ascot brings a unique gastronomic experience from across the channel.

Five at Royal Ascot

The 5th Floor Restaurant located on level 5 of the Grandstand is a brand new restaurant for Royal Ascot 2014. This will be the first restaurant available to Grandstand Admission customers within the main Grandstand itself.

The 5th Floor will be launched by a Michelin star chef who will create and present the menu, establishing this as the dining destination for guests who want to take a slightly more informal approach to their day.

Offering views of the track, a superb five course lunch and afternoon tea accompanied by complimentary champagne and cocktails ensures a truly Royal experience for Grandstand Admission guests.

Royal Enclosure Restaurants

The Trackside Restaurant

The Trackside Restaurant located on the ground level of the Grandstand mixes superb views of the racing with easy access to the Royal Enclosure Gardens and The Parade Ring.

A very popular area the Trackside Restaurant sits adjacent to the home straight situated in a fabulous location just past the winning post enabling guests to feel the rush of the horses as they pass by the magnificent private balcony.

Champagne will be served on arrival followed by a delicious five course lunch and an exquisite specially created afternoon tea all alongside the complimentary bar serving a range of refreshing beverages throughout the racing.

The Trackside is a perfect facility to be based for the day offering the flexibility to explore Royal Ascot.

The Panoramic Restaurant

The Panoramic Restaurant situated on Level 6 of the Grandstand provides some of the most stunning views of Ascot Racecourse and Windsor Great Park beyond.

The restaurant has clear glass stretching along the skyline and provides a private balcony to view the racing and take in the beautiful landscape surrounding the course. Within the Panoramic we will have a celebrity chef preparing the menu across the week reflecting their individual style and flair across a four course lunch.

The perfect destination for both gourmet devotees and racing enthusiasts alike.

The Parade Ring Restaurant

The Parade Ring Restaurant situated on Level 2 of the Grandstand is in the heart of the Royal Enclosure. It features a private balcony overlooking the Parade Ring to help you pick out a winner as well as reserved trackside seating adjacent to the winning post to watch the horses as they thunder down the home straight.

On arrival you will be greeted with canapés and vintage Champagne, before being presented a sumptuous five course a la carte lunch followed by an exquisite afternoon tea. In addition we will have a master sommelier on hand to give expert advice on wine pairing making this the key destination for lovers of food and wine to enjoy the racing in extravagant style.

A private Box at Ascot Racecourse enables you to savour the exhilarating atmosphere in style whilst enjoying superb cuisine, first class service and a spectacular view of the racing.

Ascot Racecourse has 229 private Boxes located on the upper levels of the Grandstand. All are positioned close to the track, some past the Winning Post with a head on view, others before the post so you can see the horses thunder past to the finish.

Our boxes are available to seat 12 persons for a formal sit down meal or up to 20 persons for a more buffet style luncheon. All come with a private viewing balcony from which to enjoy the racing.

We offer champagne upon arrival, morning coffee, a four course luncheon (sit down), post lunch port and brandy, a complimentary bar (with selected spirits) and afternoon tea along with many other features to make your day extra special.
