The Bowls SA Strategic Plan 2010-2013 remained the guide for progressing the sport over the year and a key focus of Bowls SA and the Board during the last 12 months was to ensure the organisation’s governance model aligns with best practice, to allow timely decisions to be made to assist with maintaining membership and growing participation to guarantee a strong future for the sport. To this end a major review of the governance model was undertaken by the Bowls SA Governance Review Working Group and the Board, with many of the significant changes put before Council at a Special General Meeting on Monday 5 December 2011 adopted. Subsequent stakeholder consultation has identified support for further changes to be implemented and these will be progressed in the next 12 months. Another initiative from the Strategic Plan was the formation of an Innovations Committee, led by Development & High Performance Manager Harvey Jolly, with the directive to hold forums across the State to gather information from grass roots members on what aspects of the sport are working, what needs further attention and innovative ways of achieving this. This has been a very worthwhile exercise and the findings of the Committee will no doubt assist the sport to face the numerous challenges that are present in the current climate. The Bowls Australia proposal to employ Community Development Officers across Australia has seen CDOs Richard Law and Mark Easton working throughout the State, meeting with Club administrators to provide assistance, resolution of issues and development and promotion of the sport to the local communities. The program is in its early days but already the feedback from Member Clubs has been extremely positive and Bowls Australia and the Australian Sports Commission are thanked for their support of this initiative. As President I’ve had the tremendous pleasure of visiting many Member Clubs for Openings, Anniversaries and special occasions, meeting with members, hearing the history of the Club and joining in celebrating many milestones. In sometimes testing circumstances, members have demonstrated their strength and love of their club by pouring time and energy into renovations, greens installation or even rallying to rebuild; their efforts are inspiring. The Asia Pacific Championships were held in November 2011 as a lead up to the 2012 World Bowls Championship which will be played over two weeks in November and December 2012. South Australia is privileged to host these major international events and I urge members to take up the opportunity to witness the top bowlers from across the world during WB2012.The annual Bowls SA Awards Presentation Night was a great way to finish off the season and this year we were honoured to have our Patron, His Excellency Rear Admiral Kevin Scarce AC CSC RANR, Governor of South Australia and his wife Liz as special guests at this prestigious event. It was a special night for Hall of Fame inductees and event and award winners to be recognised by their families and friends and I congratulate all those involved in the event. My role as President has again been well supported by a strong and cohesive Board, Councillors and Committee members and I thank them all for their time, energy and dedication in ensuring the sport is well governed, financial and delivers a range of challenging competitions to members. I would also like to acknowledge retiring Board Members Bob Deuter and Valda Bartlett for their contribution and sincerely acknowledge the Bowls SA General Manager Ben Scales and his staff for their professionalism and work to ensure the administration of the sport runs smoothly and efficiently. And lastly, but most importantly, I would like to thank all our Corporate Partners who have provided financial and in-kind support to Bowls SA over the last 12 months. We thank you for your on-going support of the sport of bowls in South Australia and look forward to continuing the mutually beneficial relationship for many years to come.

The 2011/12 Financial Year has been challenging for the organisation with income down against budget across the period. This decrease in revenue was offset by a prudent reduction in expenses in certain operational areas and the final result, a surplus of $8,405, was a pleasing outcome, given the current economic climate, and is a credit to the leadership of Treasurer John McDougall and the work of the Finance Committee. The 2012/13 Financial Year will also be a challenge, but given the sound financial position of the organisation, consideration will be given to the use of a portion of Member’s Funds that Bowls SA has accumulated to further invest in the growth and development of the sport through projects such as the decision to partner with Bowls Australia and the Australian Sports Commission to employ two regionally based Community Development Officers during the year.In the past, one of the difficulties faced by Bowls SA has been servicing regional Member Clubs and the membership that resides outside metropolitan Adelaide. Having two resources based in regional areas is a proactive approach to this issue and the Community Development Officer’s main focus initially has been to assist Member Clubs with business planning to ensure that they remain sustainable entities. Richard and Mark have travelled extensively and visited Member Clubs across South Australia with the feedback being extremely positive. It is hoped that, with the support of the funding partners, this program can be grown and more resources made available to Member Clubs. As well as the Community Development Officer program, a number of key projects have been implemented during the past 12 months as part of the Bowls SA Strategic Plan: 2010 – 2013. These include a complete review of the Bowls SA Governance structure and an Innovations Committee being set-up to review all Bowls SA competitions and events and to make recommendations on the future composition and direction of these programs. Both of these projects involved significant stakeholder consultation and the outcomes will position the sport well for the future.A number of international events were held across the season with Moonta hosting an Australian and South African Test Series in September and Holdfast Bay playing host to the Six Nation International Series in May which saw Scotland, New Zealand, Malaysia, Fiji and South Africa competing against the Australians. In addition, the 2011 Asia Pacific Championships were successfully held at Lockleys and Holdfast Bay Bowling Clubs with the event providing an ideal opportunity for both Clubs to test themselves prior to hosting the 2012 World Bowls Championships. The feedback received from the competing nations, across all of the events, was extremely positive and the Clubs and their members involved should be congratulated on their success. After two and a half years as Bowls SA Development Officer, Kelli Wray resigned during the year and we wish her well in her future endeavours. Erin Haines was subsequently appointed to look after Bowls SA participation, sport development and coaching programs, as well as working with Clubs regarding volunteer management, and grants and funding submissions and she has already made a significant contribution. Nicole Carey also joined the team at Bowls SA under a 12 month Sport and Recreation Traineeship, supported by the Office for Recreation and Sport, and in her short time with the organisation has impressed with her work ethic and willingness to learn. Finally, I would like to acknowledge and thank the team at Bowls SA for their commitment and hard work and President Ivy and the Board for their support and dedication to the sport. I look forward to an exciting year ahead.

Henselite Junior Development SquadsHenselite and Bowls SA continued their strong partnership to maintain the Henselite Junior Development Squads with a total of 66 members over eight squads. The inaugural HJDS State Championships saw the Squads divided into regions, competing against each other throughout the season and culminating in the Finals on Sunday 1 April at Modbury Bowling Club. The winning Squads from the four areas competed in Semi-finals in the morning, followed by the Grand Final and Bronze Medal play off in the afternoon. The day was won by the Yorke Peninsula All-Stars team over the Eastern Jets.

Henselite Junior Development Player of the YearSeason 2011-2012 saw the introduction of a new award to recognise a junior who, as a member of a Henselite Junior Development Squad, had excelled in team work, attitude, consistent participation and displayed great qualities within the sport over the last 12 months. The award went to James Bodnar of the Western Warriors Squad. James was selected by the Bowls SA Junior Development Committee, and we thank them for their ongoing support and contribution to the sport.

Under 18 ChampionshipsThe Under 18 Championships were hosted by the Payneham Bowling Club with 41 boys and 16 girls participating in Singles, Pairs and Triples competitions. Thirty-two of the competitors were current members of a HJDS, highlighting the benefit of the Squads. Squad members were highly successful in these championships with 21 Squad members being selected in the State Under 18 Squads for 2012-2013.

SAPSASA and SASSSA ChampionshipsThe 2012 SAPSASA and SASSSA Lawn Bowls Championships were held on Friday 4 May and Monday 7 May respectively, at Lockleys Bowling Club, with a total of 43 schools participating. The SAPSASA competition, for Primary School Students, attracted 168 participants, with 47 Triples teams and 27 Singles players participating on the day. This was an increase on the 163 participants from the previous year. The SASSSA competition was open to all secondary students, and a total of 127 students participated in the tournament, with 36 Triples teams and 19 Singles players competing. Participation in the tournament was up 30% on the previous year’s figure of 98 students, following significant growth in school’s participation, due to Lawn Bowls being part of their curriculum.

Sports CONNECTBowls SA continued the strong partnership with the three Sports CONNECT partners, SASRAPID, Wheelchair Sports and the Blind Bowlers Association of SA. Each of the partners sent athletes to compete at the Australian Open in the Athletes with a Disability Competition. Kath Murrell claimed Silver in the ABBA women’s Final, while in the men’s AAWD draw Liam Buckley also claimed the Silver Medal. The Wheelchair Sports’ team, known as the Wombats, participated in the 2012 National Championships and were highly successful claiming the Overall State Trophy. Barry Charity secured the Men’s Singles Silver Medal, following on from his success in the Men’s Pairs with teammate David Bailey where they claimed Gold. Liam Buckley and Zac Guy also claimed the Bronze Medal in the Men’s Pairs.

Coaching Committee | Terry White

Season 2011-2012 saw the continuation of the Club Coaching and Introductory Coaching Courses and while the Coaching program was temporarily impacted when Kelli Wray resigned and Erin Haines commenced in the Development Officer role, all candidates that applied to become accredited Coaches, and also those who applied to progress from Introductory Coach to Club Coach, were processed. All Clubs that requested coaching assistance were able to be accommodated and Revision Days were conducted throughout the season, which saw over 50 Coaches attend each of the two revision days, with all attendees receiving a Certificate of Attendance which contributes towards their coaching reaccreditation. Two coaches were granted coaching scholarships from the Office for Recreation & Sport to further their coaching education. Development & High Performance Manager Harvey Jolly attended the last four meetings of the Coaching Committee and his input has been appreciated. Bowls Australia have now released their Advanced Coaching Course, Competition Module and Selection Module, and we look forward to implementing these in 2012-2013.Our target of adding at least three additional Assessors and Presenters to our officials was not achieved and with only one of the three qualified Assessors and Presenters currently available this is a matter that needs to be addressed.

Coach of the Year AwardStephanie Simms has been a Coach for six years and been active in coaching her Club’s highly successful Premier 1 Thursday team, and working with SASRAPID and Bowls SA to coach bowlers with a disability. In recognition of her significant contribution to coaching, the Bowls SA Coaching Committee selected the Prospect-Broadview member as Coach of the Year 2011-2012 and the award was duly presented at the Bowls SA Annual Awards Night on 25 May 2012.

Terry WhiteNight Owls | Rhys Taylor

The Night Owls concept continued to be a resounding success with over 8,500 players competing across 114 country and metropolitan Clubs. Following feedback the Night Owls Super Series was discontinued, however Regional events in the lead up to the Nights Owls State Finals, held in late March, were again a huge success with 114 teams competing at five venues; Murray Bridge 12 teams, Willunga with 20, Marion 36, Hope Valley 24 and Lockleys 22. Walkerville Bowling Club was the host for the Finals on Sunday 1 April and for the second year the day began at 12 noon with lunch. Night Owls State Champions for 2011/12 were The Raggies from Modbury with the Murray Bridge team The Corkheads a very close second.Henselite and Lion Nathan as major supporters of the Night Owls State Finals are thanked for their generosity in providing great prizes throughout the series and for ensuring that host clubs were able to cater for all participants at no cost.Night Owls remains an integral part of ensuring a strong future for bowls and Member Clubs by providing an opportunity for a different demographic to experience the sport in a fun and relaxed environment, bringing a new element into Club life.

High Performance | Harvey Jolly

The 2011/2012 season has seen Bowls SA State Teams have mixed results with some solid performances and unfortunately some disappointing ones. Our best players have gained national recognition and we have increased our numbers in Bowls Australia squads significantly. This is pleasing and should assist us with better team results in the future.

Under 18sDuring the season the Under 18 boy’s and girl’s teams competed in the Nationals, the Quad Series and against Victoria. The Nationals were held in Darebin, Victoria and the highlights included a Silver medal in the boy’s Triples, a Bronze in the boy’s Fours and the girl’s Pairs and an overall team finish of fourth. The Under 18 boys and girls Quad Series was held in Western Australia and while SA finished fourth, the series was an opportunity to develop our junior bowlers. Highlights included wins from the girl’s Fours against Victoria and NSW and a dominant showing against WA. The boys had less highlights but did defeat the NSW Triples team. The Victorian Under 18 side provided an opportunity for a test series at Ascot Park Bowling Club in very hot conditions. Our girls played extremely well, eventually winning by 2.5 test matches to Victoria’s .5 - a great result. The boys however struggled against a very experienced opponent; the final result being Victoria 2.5 tests to our .5.

Under 25sThe Under 25 men played against Victoria as part of the Wallaroo Test Series and, while the Victorians proved too strong and won the Ted Whitehead-Bob Pope Shield, our developing players gained experience that will hold them in good stead for future events.

Development SquadOnce again the Development Squad played a regional Victorian team in Mildura. Selectors attended the event with the intention of identifying players with potential for senior squad selection. After five tests Victoria were ahead by one test in both the men’s and women’s, but unfortunately the Victorians proved too good on the final day. While disappointing, valuable experience was gained by all.

Senior Men and WomenPre-season bowls started with our annual exchange with Merrylands Bowling Club; our men and women coming home with a victory in this team event. The season’s preparations continued with opportunities against the New Zealand and Australian National Squads which provided valuable training against world class bowlers. This exposure was enjoyed by all State Squad players and provided coaches and selectors with beneficial information to start the new season.

Victorian Test SeriesThe Loy Carroll and Mulga Cup Test Series against the Victorian men and women was held in Wallaroo at the newly established indoor facilities. The standard of the greens produced a high level of bowls and a hard fought competitive series. The women got away to a flying start being two tests up, but the Victorian ladies hunted them down and the SA side eventually went down by three tests to two. The men started slowly but bounced back leading two tests to one. Once again the Victorians fought back and in a thriller, the series was eventually drawn on the last bowl of the last end. Unfortunately the draw meant the Victorians retained the Loy Carroll Trophy.

Super SixesA solid performance from the men’s and women’s Pairs, both winning Silver and from the women’s Triple securing a Bronze medal. The men’s Triples only lost one game but that was enough to drop them from medal contention. Our Singles performance was not as competitive with SA finishing sixth in both the men’s and women’s.

Australian SidesWhilst finishing sixth in both the men’s and women’s events was a disappointing result, this does not fully depict the SA side’s performances. In particular the men were extremely competitive, winning against Northern Territory, ACT and WA but recording losses to Tasmania by 14 shots, Queensland by 9 shots, NSW by 5 shots and Victoria by 4 shots. The result could have been so much different. The women were less competitive losing to Queensland, NSW, Victoria and ACT but picking up wins against Northern Territory, Tasmania and WA. The men are at a point where they know they are good enough to win this competition and for them it is all about playing to their best over the entire championship. The women are at a turning point, with some seasoned players retiring and some young stars gaining opportunities, this is a challenging but exciting time for the ladies.

Australian Squad RepresentationIt is gratifying that Bowls SA’s best players are being recognised at national level with the selection of Wayne Ruediger in the Bowls Australia Men’s Squad, Scott Thulborn joining Max Kleinig in the Bowls Australia Men’s A Squad and young Luke Brind being selected in the Bowls Australia Under 18 Squad, while the women have Renee McPharlin in the Bowls Australia Under 25 Trans-Tasman Squad and Breeanna Dickson in the Bowls Australia Under 18 Squad. This all bodes well for the future.

Country Carnivals and Country Round Robins The MGA Men’s and Women’s Country Carnivals remain the premier events for country bowlers with excellent entries. The Men’s Country Carnival was administered by Operations Manager Rhys Taylor while the women’s event was managed by Region 2 Councillor Annette Rowntree, Assistant Councillor Merrilyn Lovelock and their band of volunteers. Region 2 also took control of the Women’s Country Round Robin and Kenn Rogers again took the reins of the Men’s Country Round Robin.

Prestige Medleys and Metro v Country The men’s and women’s Prestige Medleys were held on the Yorke Peninsula, along with the Schroeter, Kennedy and Under 18 Shield events over the March long weekend. The changes to hosting the Prestige Medleys on a Saturday and Sunday saw an increase in players being available, which significantly lifted the overall standard of the competition. The weekend finished off with the Metro v Country events held at Wallaroo’s new indoor complex.

Metropolitan Pennants A trial format of five rinks consisting of two Fours, two Triples and a Pair was introduced in season 2011-2012, for the Wednesday Premier competition. Initial feedback showed that this innovative concept was well received by a majority of the competitors and after consultation with key stakeholders, this format with minor alterations, will continue for the 2012-2013 season. Finals were held for Premier League One and Premier League Two of the Wednesday, Thursday and Saturday pennant competitions.

State Events Bowls SA State Events were once again well supported with considerable increases in entrants over the previous season. A review of State event entry numbers prior to setting the annual calendar and the staging of the Asia Pacific Championships in Adelaide meant several events were rested from the 2011-2012 Calendar of Events. Adelaide Bowling Club skipper Scott Thulborn claimed four State Titles, and deservingly took home the 2012 Men’s State Event Player of the Year, while Kensington Marryatville’s Jackie Gardiner claimed the Women’s State Event Player of the Year.

International Events The Asia Pacific Championships were held at Holdfast Bay Bowling and Lockleys Bowling Club during November 2011, providing an ideal trial event for the host clubs, players and officials in the run up to World Bowls 2012. While the Clubs, players and officials agreed the event was extremely successful, spectator numbers were disappointing and hopefully attendances at the World Championships, to be held in November/December 2012, will be better.

Thank you Member Clubs and members are sincerely thanked for providing greens, facilities and event management support over the last 12 months. The Match & Program Committee met regularly during the season, and my heartfelt thanks go to the members of the Committee for their dedication and support, over the four years that I served as Chair, and to Bowls SA Operations Manager Rhys Taylor who attended all meetings as a link between the Committee and Bowls SA.

Editorial: Nola Byass I Design and Production: Jessica Taylor Six editions of the SA Bowler, September, October/November, December, January, March and May were published in the 2011-2012 season with production and distribution timelines again set to take into account inclusion of draws and promoting or reporting on specific events. While the SA Bowler remains the main resource for recording, for current and future generations, major events, Region, Association and Club news, a new innovation during the 2011-2012 season was the e-Newsletter which provided another source of delivering ‘up to the minute’ news electronically to subscribers. Freelance journalist and avid Bowler John Bevin continued to provide a wide range of interesting reading from pennant and event reporting through to anecdotes of some of the colourful characters that frequent bowls clubs. The results of the survey undertaken last year confirmed that there is still a strong call for the magazine to be delivered to members, but, alongside this, reading the Bowler online increases in popularity as members take up the option of utilising the web’s instant access to stories, results and links to advertiser’s products. The production team remain committed to producing a high quality magazine and thank all members and contributors for their input, stories and photos. Bowls SA thanks Lane Print for continuing to provide excellent printing service and their long standing support of the Metropolitan Premier and Metropolitan League Program book.

Umpires Committee | Beth Young

The Committee met six times during the year with Bowls Australia representatives Mark Cowan, Tamara Mason and Tony Sherwill attending a meeting to discuss the proposal for a new system of accreditations and re-accreditations. Twenty umpires were successfully upgraded to International Technical Official status making a total of 23 in our State. They were able to gain valuable experience when they officiated at the Asia Pacific Championships, the Six Nations Championship Series and other major events, and training sessions will continue to refine their measuring and efficiency in preparation for World Bowls 2012. A successful visit was made to Region 1 where seminars were conducted at Mt Gambier, with all South East tutors and a good number of umpires attending, and at Keith where we were able to meet with and assess a potential tutor for the area. The number of Tutors has been maintained with each Tutor now having the help of an assistant to learn the skills of presenting and also to broaden their knowledge of the Laws in readiness to take over the position if and when required. Tutors are encouraged to conduct seminars in their respective areas and to date requests have been received from Murray Bridge, Victor Harbor and Hahndorf. Changes to the Laws of the Sport introduced in January 2011, continued to cause some concerns. Bowls Australia is aware of this and will make any necessary adjustments to the Domestic Regulations when the Laws next come under review.

Boundary Review | Bob Cooper

In last year’s Annual Report members were advised that the recommendations of the Boundary Review Committee, to take effect in seasons 2011-2012 and 2012-2013, had been ratified by the Board of Bowls SA and were subsequently endorsed by the Council. It is pleasing to report that the changes effected in 2011-2012 were successfully implemented and, most importantly, that preparations for the more significant changes proposed for 2012-13 are almost complete and in readiness for the season ahead. New administrative structures have been established in Regions 3 and 8 and amended rules and conditions of play have been put in place with the approval of members, due in no small way to the hard work of a large number of dedicated people in those areas. The people concerned are to be congratulated on their achievements to date. In Region 3, the former six Associations have been replaced by just two Associations - Gulf Range Men’s Bowling Association and Gulf Range Women’s Bowling Association and the pennant competitions in that Region will be administered and conducted by the North Western Men’s Bowling Section, the Spencer Gulf Men’s Bowling Section, the North Western Women’s Bowling Section, the Spencer Gulf Women’s Bowling Section and the Flinders Women’s Bowling Section. In Region 8, bowling activities will be under the control of just one Association named Broughton, Mid North, Wooroora Bowling Association, otherwise known as the BMW Association. Six Sections will conduct the pennant competitions – Broughton Men’s Bowling Section, Broughton Women’s Bowling Section, Mid North Men’s Bowling Section, Mid North Women’s Bowling Section, Wooroora Men’s Bowling Section and Wooroora Women’s Bowling Section. On a personal note I acknowledge the significant input that Mike Brown has had to the accomplishment of these changes. Without his tireless efforts the charter handed down by the Board of Bowls SA would not have been at this advanced stage.

Bob CooperBowls SA Hall of Fame | John McDougall OAM

The Bowls SA Hall of Fame recognises and promotes the outstanding achievements of South Australia’s greatest athletes and general members who through their achievements have made a significant contribution to the sport of lawn bowls in South Australia over the past 100 years. At the Awards Night in May 2011 the inaugural inductees to the Bowls SA Hall of Fame were honoured and during 2011/2012 the Hall of Fame Committee reviewed 30 nominations and the following were inducted at the Awards Night on 25 May 2012:• Don Collins (Deceased)• David (Verd) Hamblen (Deceased)• Shirley Kelly (Deceased)• Garnet Putland OAM (Deceased)

The Hall of Fame Committee continue to review past members whose achievements as administrators or athletes place them in high esteem and worthy of greater recognition through induction into the Bowls SA Hall of Fame.

Greens Advisory Committee | John McDougall OAM

The Bowls SA Board introduced the Greens Advisory Panel to develop and implement a program of educational and advisory services in relation to greens management for Greenkeepers and Club Administrators. The panel for 2011/2012 comprised Chairman John McDougall OAM, and representatives from the SA Greenkeepers Association: Russel Edmunds, Greg Daulby, Nigel Ryan, Brad Porter and Kevin Lewis. The Panel met twice during the year and also had several consultations electronically. A Field Day was conducted at the Ardrossan Bowling Club in September 2011 and some 150 members from around the State attended.

Presentation sessions included:1. Renovation of greens2. Nutrition3. Disease Management4. Irrigation5. Spraying Methods6. Occupation Health and Safety7. Machinery maintenance8. Preparation of Play

Following the presentations the attendees were able to discuss individual problems on a ‘one-on-one’ basis with the Green keepers who were involved in the presentations. The Field Day was also supported by Globe Machinery and Gold Acres services. During the 2012/2013 season Field Days are planned to be at Lameroo for grass greens, and in response to requests from Member Clubs, a day will also be held later in the season to cover artificial surfaces.

Treasurer’s Report | John McDougall

It is with pleasure that I present the audited financial accounts for the year ended 30 June 2012.The business climate during the financial year reflected the lack of confidence being experienced generally and this resulted in lower than budgeted revenues from areas such as sponsorship and advertising. Despite this a net surplus of $8,405 was recorded. The budget planning for the 2011/12 year was based on a growth factor with commensurate increases in outgoing for programs to develop the sport in general. Because of the downturn in budgeted revenue mentioned earlier, a comprehensive review of expenditure targets was undertaken in the early part of 2012 resulting in effective cost efficiencies that allowed the final result which is basically in line with the budget. These cost efficiencies were undertaken without any significant lessening of the effectiveness of the programs in place and also covered the cost of the Community Development Officer Program ($25,000) which was approved by the Board and the Council outside of the budget. The final result was also assisted by a compensation payment from World Bowls 2012 Ltd of $15,000 to cover the cost of Bowls SA staff working on this project. So the final result is a commendable achievement and reflects the efforts of the Bowls SA staff and the Finance Committee. The Finance Committee also continued to review and revise the Bowls SA Finance Policy throughout the year to ensure the best results could be obtained. The Bowls SA building was last valued in 2005 and consequently a revaluation was undertaken by Savills with the current value being assessed at $1.1m (in line with normal commercial practice revaluations will be carried out every three to five years in future). Investments stand at $806,309 and Members Funds at $1.956m. This reflects the very stable financial position of the organisation. It is essential for the future of the sport that a strong and effective Club network continues to be in place. With the strong financial stability of the State organisation it is considered appropriate for the Board/Council to consider additional effective and efficient programs to strengthen the future of the Club network. These programs should be visible to the membership as well as being relevant and in keeping with the Strategic Plan.I would also personally like to thank the Finance Committee members, Michael Brown, Bob Cooper, Brian Harmer and Ivy Kluske and Bowls SA staff members Ben Scales, Nola Byass and Denise Edge for their contributions throughout the year. The forthcoming year will still present problems in revenue streams arising from the low business confidence; however with the processes in place and strategies implemented I look forward to the coming year with confidence.
