  • Sahrdaya’s vision of education is the integral formation of the students to a wholesome human being transparent enough to transmit the light of God , the light that will dispel the darkness of sin and selfishness. The educators have a challenging task today than ever before , to bring to blossom the goodness and godliness lying dormant in a child. To form and shape the heart and mind of the young in the image and likeness of God, specially in an age where sense of divinity is lost. Strives for academic excellence must be coupled with inculcation of moral and cultural values. I take this opportunity to extend a sincere note of congratulation to the management , teaching and non teaching staff who takes every pain to uphold Sahrdaya’s motto of education. My hearty congratulation to the magazine committee and all those who have contributed for the successful presentation to the magazine. And to you dear people I wish and pray that you continue to shine in every aspect of your life. May you be blessed with every success, imbibe moral and cultural values, be endowed with fine qualities of heart and mind and emerge as promising leaders of tomorrow.

    Chairman Bishop Mar Pauly Kannookadan

  • I congratulate all the students and members of Sahrdaya especially the magazine committee for

the wonderful work they have done to bring out the magazine in its richness. Our budding engineers

have proved that they can productively carry out the task entrusted upon them. I sincerely hope that

Crescendo reflects immense talents that our children possess and it would also throw light upon the

remarkable achievements that Sahrdaya has made in the past academic year. May the blessing of God

    almighty be with this institution.

  • PineaPPlem3Please Answer The Following Questions Briefly:

    1. Elaborate about your business and its operations.Currently, Pineapplem3 Inc is an online based freelancing startup for providing engineering consultancy in the field of Robotics, A.I , and Web UI/UX design. We take open contract from clients and deliver our best technical solution for their problem statement. We are a group of people associated with different Domains work together to solve industrial problems. our revenue model is through freelancing and consultancy works.

    2. Explain regarding the challenges that your company had to face. The main challenges that we may face is due to incubation and marketing demands since we are currently operating as student startup. But later we have to find a incubation space where company could not afford at this point.

    3. Who inspired you to get into this industry?I am self inspired and motivated to become an entrepreneur . I am passionate in Robotics and curious in exploring and learning more about computer tech.

    4. There are many opportunities in our life which we feel we should have grabbed. Please share such experience of yours. My greatest dream was to build my own computer. so my journey was a quest to find the secrete behind it and finally I didn’t made a computer but now i am able to build a next generation computer ie, A.I instead of just a computer and I’m already halfway there. There are many ways and opportunities that come to my life which is related to my career dreams. Most of them i missed i don’t know why. But i believe anything i did is for a reason that would definitely pay me back at last. It’s true we will all get an opportunity but some opportunities come to your life in the wrong time. And you have to decide whether you have to stick on to your plan or is it necessary to rethink on your path. Whatever decision you take be wise and just be yourself. Take risks in your life. Because it will teach you many things. It helps you to understand your real power and weakness. Just analyze yourself and take a decision. We can regret on some decision we made but the fact is it’s a part of your life. You have taken risk. At least you learned something different from others which will definitely help you in some stage of your life. Nothing is an accident it’s just coincidence.

    5. What according to you is the most differentiating factor or attribute that every Entrepreneur must possess?Good leadership skills and marketing skills, of course some technical skills and soft skills. Entrepreneur should be able to bring an idea into marketing stage.

    7. Elaborate upon the importance of digital marketing, social media and blogging in terms of entrepreneurship.Everything is digital now. the world’s biggest shopping complex is internet. Just open LinkedIn Account for example. Digital marketing is so important. At least if you own a business or not i would recommend you all to start a linkedIn account. LinkedIn is a great media to grow your professional network and to be connected with global to local market. If you need guidance, or need investors, mentors, employees, startups to associate. LinkedIn has all solution ready for you. This is not just important. It’s a necessary thing for an entrepreneur.

    8. How effectively can social media impact entrepreneurship?Grow your market, Branding, Advertisements, Get premium clients, Get mentorship, Get inspiration, Grow your Network all this for free and fact is it’s all required for Entrepreneurs.

    9. What is the current scenario of the start-up industry and what all options will be considered better to enter this industry?50% chances. either success or failure. But comparatively recent years the startup success rate was increasing due to some Govt. Initiative to support entrepreneurs. But some problems that i feel is the accessibility. Not every startup is getting access to commercial markets. Better option to get enter into industry is to become a part of Govt initiatives for example in kerala KSUM was a nodal agency to support startups and Maker Village is also a central Govt agency to support hardware based startups. These agency will bring us more clients and markets.

    10. If a student has some good ideas related to start-up , what according to you should be his right approach towards building that idea from scratch to a perfectly executable plan.Build a strong team, find a good and experienced mentor, pitch the idea if financial support is required or else self fund on your startup or find an angel investor, build product / service, get incubated, get DIPP registration, and Scale up.

    11. What all are the steps being taken by the government to promote start-ups and entrepreneurs.Govt. has started a nodal agency in our state to support startups and entrepreneurs. and many focused program was initiated.

    12. Do you think government should take active participation in encouraging more start-ups .Definitely Yes.

    13. Which movie do you think every aspiring entrepreneur should watch.Well, I would recommend some of my favorite movies Steve Jobs, Jobs, Pursuit of Happiness, Tomorrowland, Theory of everything.

  • Every studen’t including me, is fed up of hearing the word ‘Exams’ years after year. My definition of this term is ‘‘’A system where we write down whatever we have memorized from textbook for the appropriate questions.’’ Albert Einstein wrote ‘‘Everybody is a genius. but if you judge a fish by its ability to climb a tree, it will fire its whole life beliening that it is a stupid. Now my question to you is what proves that you are smart? Is it your exam results? This also brings taught practical skills in school. How does a child prepare for exams ? He/she takes a book, memories the content and heads to the classroom. By doing this he may cover the portion and he/she may score 95 of 100. And he may think that he has succeeded? But has he? Let us take another example. Imagine a person who wants to learn how to swim. He takes all the books that give a detailed explanation about swimming. Reads and understand everything and then jumps to the

swimmingpool. A few minutes later, you will spot him drowning. you are wondering why? Thats because all he did was mug up how to swim rather than doing it practically. This example teaches us that it is essential to be taught practical skills in schools. Only learning from a book and appearing for an exam is not the sole criteria to judge a person’s ability. Theoretical knowledge isn’t enough, you also need practical skills to become successful in life. picture an elephant charing you to will you? To survive this encounter, you cannot ask him to leave because you have a degree. In fact you will need the skills to know how to escape in order to survive.

Her presence was really profound In my endless secure life

I always gave her special priorityWhich leads her alive for everWhen I feel loneliness in nightI realize ghastly she is no more butthe piety and love cordially showOnly for you......

  • ‘‘Be thankful for what you have, you will end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don’t have. you will never ever have enough’’

The power of gratitute is an emotion similiar to appreciation that most people are familiar with. Many people fail to understand how gratitude can change a life & offer ones perception for the good. A life without gratitute in your life is the first step in achieving many of your hopes, your dreams your goals. ‘‘Gratitude can turn a negative into positive. Find a way to be thankful for your trouble & they can become your blessing.’’

3 ways to practice gratitute 1. Be grateful for things you ‘‘Have’’ 2. Count your blessing 3. Practice the word ‘‘Thank you’’

this gratitute makes sense of our past, brings peace for today & create vision for tomorrow. Also thank yourself for being who you are right now & what ever you have had in your life. When you appriciate yourself. you will be more confident & these be able to accomplish more.
