How Long?

• For ConsumerIt will take up to 2 working days
For non ConsumerIt will take up to 10 working days
• What are the documents that I need to provide when I am porting?Consumer
You will need to provide the follwing documents• myKAD• Passport• Army IC• Police IC• Name of the customer• MSISDN• Donor ID; i.e DiGi, Celcom or umobile
Non Consumer• MSISDN• Donor ID; i.e DiGi, Celcom or umobile• Name of the customer• Old Account number from the donor service provider

Line with contract
• Anyone can port his mobile number any time after (date). However, Cust will still be responsible for any remaining charges or fees owed to their original service provider.
• This may include an early termination fee if cancel their service before Contract is fulfilled.
• You will be responsible for any unpaid balances & applicable fees from your former service provider until porting process is complete.
• Some Contracts include an early termination fee, if leave before the term of the Contract is complete.
• Advice customer to check with current service provider to see whether current Contract has been fulfilled.

What happen with Supplementary Line in Cust account
• All mobile numbers under one(1) account must be ported. Each line will undergo the same validation as a single line port. If any of the lines fail the validation, the whole port request will be rejected.
