DESCRIPTION

The session will cover the most popular agile methods these days. However, my goal isn’t to describe what Scrum or Kanban is and how to introduce them in organizations, but to point what people should take into consideration when choosing the right approach for their team. There is no silver bullet and there is no single universal answer for every issue we face in our project teams. That is why it is so crucial to know what strengths and weaknesses of method of our choice are and what is the specific of the tool we decide to use. Now, which approach would be suitable for your team?
