SEP Recruitment Group includes four companies, Shebah Enterprise Placement Co., Ltd. (SEP), True Position Manpower Co., Ltd. (TPM) , KSP Testing Center (KSP) and Offshore Power Development Co ., Ltd.(OPC). Initially, SEP was established in 2001 to provide the recruitment of Thai workers to work overseas from high to the general level. The activity is directed to sectors of oil & gas, chemical and petrochemical plants, civil and industrial constructions and Etc;. We provide our clients with human resources and professional services for the worldwide especially the Republic of Korea, Taiwan (ROC) and the Middle East & North Africa countries. Up until now, SEP has been widely accepted by the employers in terms of the quality of workers and its full professional service and responsibility. More than 200 employers in 12 countries have already used our service. TPM, as the sister company of SEP, is dependently operated under the same goal which is to provide the clients with the quality of workers and professional service and responsibility. TPM also emphasizes working philosophy in terms of sincerity and royalty towards the clients and workers. Above all, TPM aims to satisfy the clients by supporting the required and qualified workers with requisite qualification after recruitment by a competent authority of high standard selection team. KSP Testing Center was founded in 2001 to provide the training and testing as per the clients’ requirement. Professional personnel and standardized equipments and machines for training and testing are available in KSP, located in the area of 3,200 square meters in the heart of Bangkok. KSP has strongly insisted the quality of workers in accordance with the requirement of clients. OPC has been established to support the employer who requires workers in oil & gas such as Refinery, Pulp & Paper, Power Plant, Petrochemical, Cement plant, Steel Mill, Drilling, Maintenance & Service, Nondestructive Testing Training, Auditing, and Consultancy. Since we are well aware that the workers in these groups require high skilled labor, we have jointly worked with the team of experts in these particular fields in order to acquire, train and prepare the readiness of the workers for these works to provide the qualified labors in these particular works. OPC is operated under its management team who has long experiences in providing the labors in these fields. KSP has been approved by the Ministry of Education in Thailand for job seekers

in their preparation to work abroad. KSP is located on a 3,200 square meters of land in the heart of Bangkok. Classrooms can accommodate 200 workers. KSP is equipped with canteen, accommodation, recreation room, spacious playground and parking. The testing center is modernly designed and built in a rural setting and making everybody feel at home. However, KSP’s instruments, equipment and various facilities are of high standard and up to date.

Participants are provided with all tools, audio visuals and hands on training by experienced teachers and trainers. Distinguished professional trainers from various sectors who experienced Overseas Employment conduct the training courses.

While staying in their host country, we also like to ensure that our workers are able to keep in regular contacts with their relatives in Thailand by assisting with mail and postal services. We provide our workers with constant supply of letters, parcels from home and we act as an information center. Other services which may be requested are taken care in a similar way; Services such as assistance of remittances or providing of worship are all considered to be of importance. Comport in these issues ensures a trouble free existence in the host country and creates in turn a friendly and efficient working environment.

While working in their host country, we will follow up their working status and keep filling system with their working record which checked by client’s inspector or engineer. Otherwise, we will put them to our manpool data circulated by next overseas projects.
