Our Mission and Values are aligned with that of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America (ELCA), while our Vision is uniquely our own.

An identity has been developed that contains a similar look and feel to that of the ELCA. Careful consideration has been made to incorporate the ELCA brand standard color scheme.

• The colors represent those of the ELCA brand scheme. “In consort with the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, we are doing God’s Work with Our Hands.”

Ministry TEAMS have been defined and each team has been assigned a coordinating color that aligns with the ELCA brand color scheme. Black and white are the other liturgical colors.

WISH LIST Altar Guild to be divided into two groups. One to be called “Communion” will maintain the bread and the wine and prepare for Holy Communion. The other to be called “Decorations” will take care of changing the Paraments, but also creatively prepare the worship space and, when necessary, the whole church for a special season or theme. Remove the necessity for this team to have a person specifically designated as a rep from the 8:00 am and the 10:30 am services.
