Thank you for considering Shoal Bay Holiday Park for your next corporate function. We are delighted to assist you in the organisation of your event and ensure it is a success.
Shoal Bay Holiday Park is located with the blue water paradise of Port Stephens. With only
a short walk across the road to Shoal Bay Beach delegates are in an idyllic location.
Shoal Bay Holiday Park's aim is to provide a stylish, flexible and affordable venue whilst providing professional service and a complete conference solution.
Within this document are two types of conference packages available.
The Economy Package and the Premium Package. Please note we can change our packages to suit your individual needs and budget.

Venue Facilities Location: Shoal Bay Holiday Park is located in Port Stephens on Shoal Bay Road, Shoal Bay NSW 2315. It is approximately 2.5 hours from Sydney and 35 minutes from Newcastle. Should you or your delegates require transport we can arrange a corporate bus for your group.
Accommodation: Shoal Bay Holiday Park has a variety of accommodation options onsite, from Safari Tents through to one and two bedroom cabins.
Parking: Shoal Bay Holiday Park has onsite parking which is located within 200metres of the conference room and parking is also available at the cabins should delegates be staying.
Conference Capacities and Configurations Guest Capacity:
Shoal Bay Holiday Park Conference room also has a fully commercial kitchen connected to it providing any type of catering your may require for you event.

Break Out Rooms: A selection of cabins can be hired to utilise as break out rooms. There are also a number of outdoor areas throughout the Holiday Park with tables and chairs suitable for use as breakout areas.

Please note these prices include the inclusion of tea, coffee on arrival plus either a morning or afternoon tea with tea, coffee and biscuits for 20 delegates. An additional charge of $8.50 per person applies to group numbers above 20. Premium rate includes Expressi coffee machine, Lipton premium selection of tea, biscuits and slices for 20 delegates. An additional charge of $8.50 per person applies to group numbers above 20.

Meals and Dietary Requirements
Meal options can be organised if the delegates will not be receiving breakfast or dinner included in the conference package. We can organise different hampers (cook your own), meal vouchers for a specific amount or even transfers (no meals included) to a local restaurant. Please see below for a sample catering option for delegates provided to them onsite.
