• The Silent Auction starts at 10:00 A.M. and ends promptly at 1:30 P.M. o Auction category Eat In/Eat Out will close at 12:30 P.M. o Auction categories Sports and Recreation and Treat Your Self

will close at 1:00 P.M. o All other categories will close at 1:30 P.M.

• You must register your name, address, and phone number with us to receive a bidder number.

• The last person on the bid sheet is deemed the winner and is contractually liable for payment of auction items/services.

• No children are permitted to make bids.

• You do not need to be present to win an auction item.

• Auction items will be available for pick up between 2:00 and 2:30 on the day of the auction. Please have cash or check payment available at that time.

• If you are not present at the end of the auction, winning items will be available for pick up at the LCYC offices for one week following the auction.

• Items are non-returnable, certain restrictions may apply. Please note that any bid amount in excess of the value of the auction item/service is tax deductible (i.e. $25.00 gift certificate is bid to $35.00 – the tax deductible amount is $10.00).
