Details: This is virgin land, for the most part, according to the buyer.

There is a 30-foot portion of alleged year round creek that flows through the southeast portion of theproperty that we will want to evaluate. The new owner would also like recommendations onlocations for future community housing options as he will be placing several houses on the propertyfor family and friends. This property is supposedly out of the flood zone, but I would like to know ifthere was any flooding in the past 2 years since we had record floods in both 2016 and twice in2017
