Situation:

- The whole region is experiencing cloudy to partly cloudy weather condition- All roads are open to traffic.- An effect of Typhoon Labuyo has not yet been felt in the region

CORDILLERA REGIONAL DRRM COUNCIL:

o Raised RED ALERT status effective August 10 2A13,11:00PM;o Coordinated with Vice Chairpersons to address necessary precautionary

measures and information dissemination;. Advised members of the LDRRMCs to be on red alert status and take

necessary preparedness measures;r Continuously coordinated with CRDRRMC niembers, LDRRMCs, and

partners for weather conditions, impending threats, and informationdissemination;

o Sent weather updates and road advisories fon the public through the INFOBOARD text blast and Social Media accounts;

r All response agencies of the CRDRRMC are on RED ALERT status withrespective Disaster Operation Centers synchronized;



o lnformed the PDRRM officers of Apayao, Kalinga, Mt. Province, lfugao andselected MDRRM Officers on possible track of TY LABUYO and remindedthem to take necessary preparedness measures;

o Coordinated with DPWH on the update of road conditions;r Coordinated with PROCOR for possible augmentation of personnel; andr Continuously coordinated and monitored incidents with the LDRRM Officers

and Stakeholders within area of jurisdiction.

respond to calls for rescue & assistance in Kalinga.

r 1 section from 501Bde located in Tabuk City complete M rescue equipment

with 2 vehicles (M35 & another medium size troop carrier) that can be

deployed in severely affected areas w/n our AOR (Apayao, Kalinga, Easternpart of Mt prov & lfugao).

r 501Bde is also equipped w/ an ambulance which can be utilized for medevac

of injured victims. A tactical command post (TCP) for communication & controlof military units for engaging in rescue & assistance will be established in

Lagawe by 5418.
