Online RadSchool is a web-based software tool that collects and evaluates data for Radiologic Science Programs in the area of outcomes assessment, student learning assessment and provides evidence that an outcome has been met. Final program outcomes are compared in relation to the benchmarks set to assist you in meeting your program goals. The software also features a student time clock, health requirement tracking, enrollment surveys and more. Login to the software from any PC with an internet connection. No software to download or install. All your sensitive data is encrypted to ensure privacy and to protect your valuable data from unwanted access.

STUDENT PERSONAL DATA PROFILE

Stores unlimited student records including personal information and health histories. Records whether the student passed the state exam to determine pass rates. This information is then used to determine your pass rates and compared against your benchmarks. Click on a tab to quickly view vital information about the student such as attendance, absences, clinical competencies and unlimitedstudent notes.

Track information about your student enrollment requirements including date completed and expiration dates.

TRACK HEALTH REQUIREMENTS

Print summary or detail attendance reports for any range of dates. Attendance reports display total hours, tardies, absences, field trip hours and time clock punches.

TIME CLOCK REPORTS

BENCHMARK OUTCOMES ASSESSMENT REPORT

This report lists the selected competency tasks, your pre-set benchmark, how many were completed satisfactorily and whether the benchmark was met.

CLINICAL COMPETENCY TRACKING

Record competency scores using your list of competencies and tasks. Specify your preference of grading methods and enter outcomes with up to 10 views. Outcomes can be compared against the benchmarks you have set to help you meet your program’s goals.

The Clinical Competency progress report lists all the competencies the student completed and the grade received. The summary section displays the total exams completed and how many were required or simulated. Specify benchmarks to assist you in determining if you program is meeting its goals. Students can login to view their progress report at any time.

TIME CLOCK DASHBOARD

With a click of your mouse quickly determine where your students are, who’s tardy, absent or blocked out. Tracks time by the minute or using the quarter hour system.

WEB BASED TIME CLOCK

Define your own time clock rules such as maximum hours allowed each day, specify the time students are considered tardy and setup automatic breaks and lunches. Know where your students are! The time clock captures the IP address of the computer the student used to clock in or out on.
