Principal’s Message Principal’s Message Principal’s Message Principal’s Message 2012 Leadership Group Our school leadership team was announced on presentation night. Our Captains next year are: Hannah Rudd and Tristan Klower. Our Vice Captains are Cody Naismith and Cameron Marks, and our Councillors are Courtney Conn and Hudson Dewsbury. Thank you to all the other candidates who were outstanding in their speeches and school leadership skills. School Security If you see anyone in the school grounds dur- ing the school holidays we would appreciate it if you could contact the school security unit on: 1300 880 021 at any time day or night. We have arranged for additional security patrols over the holiday period to make sure that our school is secure. Canteen ‘Red’ Day Tomorrow Our ‘Red’ Day will still go ahead tomorrow. The lunch special will be hot chips, sauce or gravy. Citizenship Awards Congratulations to: Holly Jeffs Level 1 Taylor Lepre Level 7 Chris Marks Level 3 Nelly Musabyimana Level 1 Lindsay Torrance Level 1 As this is the last newsletter for the year, I would like to wish every a Merry Christmas and a safe and Happy New Year. Stop Work Meeting Tomorrow (Thursday) there will be minimal supervision between 9am and 11am, as staff will be attending a Stop Work Meeting. Please make sure that all canteen orders are given to the canteen as soon as you arrive at school. Year 6 Farewell Once again Mrs Copland did a splen- did job organising the Year 6 Fare- well Dinner. This is our last newsletter for the year and we would like to take the opportunity to wish everyone a very happy Christmas and New Year and a very safe and relaxing holiday.

I would like to wish everyone a wonderful Christmas and New Year.

Be safe and I look forward to seeing everyone again next year.

We had our class party yesterday, all the children enjoyed themselves.

Thank you to everyone for the baking and all the yummy food.

I hope you all have an enjoyable and safe holiday.

Year 4 presented their assembly item this week and did a fantastic job.

Our class party is tomorrow (Thursday) and I am asking for everyone to bring in a plate of food to share and drinks also. If they wish they can also bring pillows for movies.

As this is our last newsletter, I would also like to wish Year 4 a Merry Christmas and hope you have a great holiday. See you next year.

SPORT NEWS

Swimming Carnival 2012

Our school Swimming Carnival will be held

on Tuesday 21st February

at the Goulburn Aquatic Centre.

Children aged 8 years and older

who can swim 50 metres

are able to attend.

Your child may like to practise swimming

over the summer holidays.

Tomorrow is “Red” day at the canteen.

For sale will be:

Hot chips with gravy or sauce - $3.00

We will also be selling—

Chocolates, lollies, and Christmas goodies.
