Should you wish to host your guests in a convivial place, the congress organisation can provide your company with a hospitality suite conveniently located within the congress venue.

The hospitality suite is the perfect place to have face to face meetings. It is the ‘one on one’ opportunity to engage with customers and suppliers in a relaxed so-cial environment.

Instead of having your team move from meeting room to meeting room every 30 minutes, host your meetings in your dedicated corporate hospitality suite!

Four hospitality suites are located in the back stage of the Pera building, whereas most of the suites are located in the Kuleli building – some of them including a beautiful view over the Golden Horn. See also Hospitality Suites plan on page 6.

Each hospitality suite will be equipped with: projector, projec-tion screen, technical equipment, flip chart, tables and chairs. All additional equipment and catering will be at the sponsor’s expenses. The reservation will be confirmed on a first come, first served basis.

As an integral part of the Congress, the exhibition of the 10th World Surfactant Congress and Business Conven-tion will be held at the Haliç Congress Center, Istanbul, from 1 to 3 June, 2015. This will be a great opportunity for ex-

Sponsorship of CESIO 2015 Congress bags is the way to promote your company in a very prominent and visual way. The logo of the sponsoring company will be printed on each congress bag along with the CESIO 2015 logo. (Type, size and colour of the bags as well as position and size of the logo will be at the discretion of CESIO 2015 Congress organisers). BADGE LANYARDS

Every attendee receives a lanyard with his/her badge. Since badges must be worn at all times while in the convention centre, the lanyards offer a wide visibility to the sponsoring company. BROCHURE STAND DISPLAY

Brochure stands will be located in the Entrance / Registration area of the congress venue to provide professional presentation of company literature. A very affordable option to maximise your visibility at the CESIO 2015 Congress. One brochure stand will be dedicated to display your company literature (each brochure stand will enable to hold A4-size documents). Company literature will be supplied by the representative company.Rate per brochure displayed: 2,500 EUR

BUFFET LUNCHES / CATERING POINTS

Each day, lunch will be served within the exhibition area. Network with delegates and present your products and services in a friendly atmosphere!Sponsor recognition is included on the buffet lunch signage. COFFEE BREAKS
