Now it’s timefor St. Peter’s Summer Program to make amajor contribution. Join our amazing artteacher in developing and creating aunique and dynamic mural on our ownWest Lawn where students play each andevery day! If you’ve got big ideas and awant to really make your mark, this weekis right up your alley.

In App Design 1, students learn thebasics of programming by creating theirfirst app. Students use software toprogram and design their apps, andlearn both concrete development skillsand principles of design. They will startwith a blank white screen, but by theend of course, they will have aprofessional-quality app on their iPodtouch®, iPhone® or iPad®.

In Youth Digital’s most popular online course,kids learn the fundamentals of Javaprogramming by creating their ownMod forMinecraft®. For every item, block or creaturethey want to add, kids first design the graphics,then they modify real Java code to quicklyprogram their new features. Students edit inorder to learn the fundamentals of the languagewithout getting bogged down typing hundredsof lines of code one by one. At the end of thecourse, they will have their own polishedModthat they created on their own.
