The Athletic Trainer will work from August 15, 2011 through June 15, 2012. As a certified staff member the new Athletic Trainer is entitled to representation by the Association and has been placed on the appropriate step of the salary guide set forth in the Agreement. He must work a minimum of 1,169 hours during the time period. If the Athletic Trainer exceeds 1,169 hours, he shall be entitled to compensation at the rate of $34 per hour.
