C.N.R.I. - The Romanian National Committee on Illumination - STATUTE Chapter 1. GENERAL STIPULATIONS Article 1.     Chapter 1. GENERAL STIPULATIONS

    Article 1. Romanian National Committee on Illumination

    (1) Romanian National Committee on Illumination, hereinafter CNRI, is a professional association, with

    legal personality on private legality area, nonprofit, apolitical, with own patrimony and budget, autonomous

    and independent, its role is to represent, promote and protect the interests of lighting area and illumination.

    (2) its main duty is to follow the commitments arising from the membership of the International Commission

    on Illumination (CIE - Commission Internationale d'Eclairage).

    (3) The Romanian National Committee on Illumination is headquartered in Bucharest, sector 2, Pache

    Protopopescu Blvd No. 66.

    Article 2. The objectives of CNRI

    (1) Increasing reputation of the Association;

    (2) Maintaining CIE membership;

    (3) Promoting science, technology and art of light and lighting (light and lighting terms include, large-scaled,

    the fundamental topics of the area, as biological sight, photometry, colorimetry, natural and artificial

    radiation in the visible spectrum, UV and IR and also the practical use of indoor and outdoor lighting,

    including aspects aesthetics linked, sustainability and recollection of waste lamps and finally the

    technologies on producing and managing visible radiation, UV and IR);

    (4) Involving in and legally achieving specific regulations and norms;

    (5) Initiating and maintaining partnerships with other national and international organizations of science,

    technology, standardization, environmental protection and sustainability, all in light and lighting area and

    connected;

    (6) Organizing continuous training activities, evaluation and professional certification in the field of light and

    lighting;

    (7) Supporting training sessions in the field of light and lighting in higher education establishments;

    (8) Representation and support of the lighting area to the public and administrative authorities in the spirit of

    respect for professional and moral values.

    Article 3. Attributions and Tasks

    (1) The CNRI takes the following responsibilities:

    a) Proposes legislative and specific regulations for promoting and applying them;

    b) Follows competent and qualified exercise of profession while respecting the CNRI Code of Ethics;

    c) Promotes and protects the quality in the lighting area;

    d) Represents the lighting interests towards the public and administrative authorities, and international

    professional bodies;

    e) Participates at technical working committees sessions to achieve regulations for the European

    Standards Committee (CEN) and recommendations for CIE;

  • f) Collaborate with public authorities related to lighting, to achieve the applicable rules and regulations in

    lighting;

    g) Collaborates with other organizations and professional associations from complementary areas to

    achieve the objectives of CNRI;

    h) Initiates and supports national programs for growth of life quality by the means provided by a correct

    lighted environment;

    (2) The CNRI task concerning the certificate granting the professional lighting attestation cannot be

    exercised by any other institution or professional association in Romania. CNRI acts as a center for training

    and assessment of professional skills in the lighting area;

    a) Organizes continuous training activities and professional certification in the field of light and lighting;

    continuing vocational training courses in the field of light and lighting;

    b) Evaluates and certifies the quality of specialist in lighting;

    (3) CNRI can carry out other activities, as follows:

    a) Organization of conferences, symposia, seminars,

    b) Participation at scientific events from related fields for promoting the lighting area;

    c) Participation at CIE sessions;

    d) Creation of a specialized lighting magazine presenting scientific papers;

    e) Development of the Documentation Center of CNRI.

    ARTICLE 4. Revenues and incomes of CNRI

    CNRI activities are financed by fees, annual membership taxes, funds resulting from scientific events,

    specific editorial rights, economic activities carried by, as well as donations, sponsorships, proceeds from

    the examination fee for the professional lighting certification (CAPI) or other sources, according to the law.

    Chapter 2. CNRI MEMBERSHIP, RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

    Article 5. CNRI members can be:

    - Active members;

    - Honorary members;

    - Supporting members.

    Article 6. Active members of CNRI

    (1) can be part of CNRI, professionals of lighting or complementary fields, holding professional skill

    certification in Lighting (CAPI), at least for one of three sections of certification (see Rules of Professional

    Certification in Lighting ), as an individual member.

  • (2) can be part of CNRI, higher education and / or research institutes, as a collective member.

    (3) can be part of CNRI, companies operating in the lighting field, as a collective member.

    Article 7. Honorary members of CNRI

    (1) Honorary members are scientific personalities of the lighting or related fields (architecture, design,

    electrical, etc.).

    (2) In exceptional cases, for outstanding achievements in the development of lighting, one establish the title

    of Honorary President of CNRI.

    Article 8. Supporting members of the CNRI

    Supporting members are individuals or societies with or without current activity in light area and lighting.

    Article 9. CNRI members Rights

    (1) Members of CNRI have the following rights:

    a) Take part of all sessions and events that are the objects of the CNRI activity;

    b) Be informed on activities of CNRI;

    c) Access full existing reference materials CNRI Library;

    d) Take part of all professional training programs organized by CNRI;

    e) Use with personal name, membership name of CNRI;

    f) Receive advice and support from the organization;

    g) Benefit of preferential terms services of CNRI;

    h) Benefit of any other rights provided by law, regulations and the General Assembly of the CNRI.

    (2) active members (individual and collective), in addition to the statements of Article 9, par. (1) have the

    following rights:

    a) Exercise the voting right for the leadership of CNRI and for any documents submitted for approval;

    b) Make proposals and amendments, according to established procedures, for all documents submitted for

    approval to the General Assembly.

    (3) In addition to the statements of Article 9. par. (1) and (2) individual active members are entitled

    a) be elected in CNRI leadership.

    (4) Honorary members coming from CNRI members, in addition to the provisions of Article 9, par. (1) are

    entitled to:

    a) Exercise the voting right for the leadership of CNRI and for any documents submitted for approval;

    b) Make proposals and amendments, according to established procedures, for all documents submitted for

    approval to the General Assembly.

    c) To be elected in the Board of Ethics.

  • Article 10. Obligations and liabilities of CNRI members

    CNRI members have the following obligations:

    (1) Comply with the statute and decisions of the CNRI leadership;

    (2) Contribute to the actions initiated by CNRI;

    (3) Permanently improve their professional skills by participating at technical and scientific events;

    (4) Pay the dues regularly and respect payment deadlines of CNRI;

    (5) Promote, support, represent and defend through their actions the interests of CNRI;

    (6) Act for the prestige rise of the lighting areas;

    (7) Do not involve CNRI in marketing or trade partisan events;

    (8) Do not engage and carry on political activities on behalf of the organization;

    (9) Notify the CNRI Secretary Office any changes of data records and provide all the requested data;

    (10) Declare to the CNRI, at request, the areas of their profession;

    (11) Admission and suspension of CNRI members are the Board of Directors competences, excluding

    members of the CNRI is the General Assembly competence.

    Article 11. Annual dues. Registration fee. The way of establishing payment method.

    (1) The annual dues for members of CNRI categories and the entry fee shall be established by General

    Assembly decision.

    (2) Honorary members pay no annual fee.

    (3) Collective members HE Institutes and/or Research - do not pay the annual fee.

    Article 12. Term and payment of the annual fee

    (1) The annual fee payment is made once a year, no later than June 30.

    (2) After 6 months of non-payment of dues, without justification, the membership right is suspended by

    decision of the President, until full payment.

    (3) In exceptional cases the CNRI Board of Directors may approve payment rescheduling.

    (4) Suspended members for lack of payment, will pay a fee for the right to resume membership. The

    amount of this fee shall be established by decision of the General Assembly of CNRI.

    (5) The fees and charges specified in this Regulation will be collected by the CNRI Secretary Office.

  • Chapter 3. THE ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE AND FUNCTIONING OF CNRI

    Article 13. CNRI leadership bodies:

    (1) The organization and functioning work of CNRI are provided by law and this Statute, by the leadership

    bodies elected, with representative function, lead, decision and control.

    (2) The leadership bodies of CNRI are the following (Appendix 1. - Structure CNRI)

    a) General Assembly;

    b) Board of Directors.

    c) Vice Presidents and Division Directors;

    (3) The elected persons mentioned in par. (2) b) and c) have four years mandate term and no more than

    two consecutive terms in the same position.

    Article 14. The elected committees of CNRI

    (1) The CNRI committees covered by this statute are: the Cenzors Committee and the Ethics Committee;

    (2) Members of the commitees are elected by the General Assembly for a 4-year term.

    Article 15. General Assembly

    (1) The General Assembly is the governing body of the CNRI, consisting of all members.

    (2) The General Assembly competences include:

    a) establish the strategy and general objectives of CNRI;

    b) approve the incomes and expenses and the balance accountant sheet;

    c) election and removal of members of Board of Directors;

    d) election and removal of Vice Presidents and Division Directors;

    e) election of honorary members and honorary president;

    f) election and removal of the Ethics Commission members;

    g) election and removal of the Audit Commission members;

    h) changes of the statute;

    i) validation of new members;

    j) cancellation of the members ceasing to meet the conditions of affiliation or harmful to the CNRI;

    k) taking decisions on all issues on the agenda set by the call.

    l) dissolution and liquidation of CNRI and disposition of assets after liquidation;

    m) any other functions provided for in law associations.

    (3) The General Assembly shall meet at least once a year and has permanent control over the bodies

    referred to in Article 13 par. (2). b) and c).

  • (4) The Board of Directors shall fix the date and place of the General Assembly, as well as topics that will

    be subject to debate and approval and will notify members at least 60 days before the fixed date.

    In exceptional cases, the General Assembly may be called in extraordinary session at least 12 days before

    the fixed date.

    (5) The General Assembly shall be called and held even under the resignation or inability to exercise the

    functions by the Board of Directors, in which case new elections are organized.

    (6) The General Assembly shall be called and held in terms of a written request at least 51% of CNRI

    members.

    (7) The General Assembly may attend all individual and collective members with dues paid to date.

    Article 16.

    (1) A member of CNRI which, in an issue subject to the General Assembly, has a personal interest (himself

    or relative up to 4-th degree up or down) may not take part in the deliberation and no vote.

    (2) A member who violates the provisions of par. (1) is liable for the damages caused to CNRI if without his

    vote would not have obtained the required majority.

    (3) Two or more members CNRI which are relatives up to 4-th degree up or down, can not simultaneously

    occupy positions in any governing body of CNRI, during the same term.

    Article 17. General Assembly - Legal Deployment Conditions

    (1) The General Assembly is legally constituted at the first meeting in the physical presence or by postal

    vote of at least half of the voting members. If necessary quorum fails at the first call, the second meeting

    occurs no later than 24 hours regardless of the number of participants.

    (2) Adoption of the General Assembly scheduled subjects, requires a simple majority of favorable votes.

    (3) If the vote relates to the Statute contents, CNRI dissolution or liquidation and disposition of assets after

    liquidation, the requirement is at least two thirds of votes in favor and do not use postal voting.

    (4) Decisions taken by the General Assembly within the law and the statute, are mandatory even for

    members who did not attend the General Meeting or voted against.

    (5) Decisions taken by The General Assembly, contrary to the law or the statute, may be challenged in

    court by any of the members who did not take part at the General Meeting or voted against and asked to

    insert this issue in the session official minute within 15 days of the date when they became aware of the

    decision or the date when the meeting took place, as appropriate.

  • Article 18. The Schedule of the General Assembly

    (1) The CNRI Secretariat is obliged to notify all members at least 60 days before the date and topics of

    Assembly, approved by the Board of Directors of CNRI. Documents of the General Assembly shall be sent

    30 days before the date of the meeting. The responsibility for documents preparation returns to the Board

    of Directors.

    (2) Members must confirm the participating and voting mode (physically present or voting by mail) in 15

    days before the date established for the General Assembly.

    (3) Proposals and amendments in dispute will be sent to the CNRI Secretariat at least 20 days before the

    General Assembly.

    (4) The final documents are presented to the members at least five days before the vote.

    (5) Postal voting begins 5 days before the date of the General Assembly and lasts until the start of the

    General Assembly.

    (6) The Schedule will be detailed for each CNRI General Assembly by the Secretariat and approved by the

    Board of Directors of CNRI.

    Article 20. Documents of the General Assembly

    (1) The documents available for the participants shall include:

    a) the proposed agenda;

    b) materials subject to the approval of the Assembly, accompanied by amendments in dispute;

    c) governing bodies who are elected and the list of candidates accompanied by a document explaining the

    election method and indicating the number of seats, in case of the General Assembly to elect the

    leadership of the CNRI;

    (2) The Amendments to documents submitted to the vote of the General Assembly shall meet the following

    conditions:

    - Prepared in written form;

    - Posess reasons in law and in practice;

    - Must be sent at least 20 days before the date set for the General Assembly.

  • (3) During the General Assembly may be proposed other amendments than those set out in the conditions

    described above but can not be voted.

    (4) In addition to the texts of the documents submitted for approval will be presented a list containing all the

    amendments.

    (5) The vote shall be exercised for each amendment and document to be approved.

    Article 21. Registration of participants

    (1) The tables of participants will be posted in the day of the General Assembly, announced by

    convocation.

    (2) The Appeals related to tables of participants will be solved before works beginning..

    Article 22. General Assembly Presidium and Secretariat

    (1) The General Assembly works shall be opened and operated by the president in exercise. The General

    Assembly Secretariat will be provided by CNRI Secretariat.

    Article 23. Validation of the Documents

    (1) In case of amendments to the General Assembly documents, they will be put to the vote before voting

    that document.

    (2) Decisions adopted by the General Assembly shall be final and mandatory for all governing bodies and

    for all members of the CNRI.

    Article 24. Election of the leadership

    I Eligibility

    (1) Eligible for the Board of Directors shall be individual active members, with minimum 4 years experience

    in lighting or inside the CNRI.

    (2) Eligible for the Division Vice President and Division Director are active members eligible individual with

    minimum 2 years experience in lighting or inside the CNRI

    (3) Eligible for Censors Committee of CNRI are members of CNRI, with minimum 2 years experience in

    lighting or the CNRI, except an authorized accountant or auditor.

  • (4) Eligible for Ethics Committee are CNRI members, with minimum 10 years profession practice.

    (5) The conditions of eligibility are rated at the closing date for applications.

    II Applications

    (1) CNRI Secretariat is obliged to inform members of CNRI conditions for applications, the model of the

    application file and the deadline the applications can be submitted.

    (2) Applications are individual and they cannot be grouped into lists, except for the Board of Directors,

    where applications will be rated on a list of 4 members, the subject of the vote for the General Assembly

    being the team of 4 members.

    (3) Applications shall be submitted in person or by mail to the mailing address together with a brief

    curriculum vitae and a letter of intent.

    (4) Candidates for the Board of Directors cannot apply for the Censors Commission. (5)

    Immediately after the deadline for applications, the Secretariat of CNRI, checks each application file, record

    applications on a single list, in alphabetical order, and displays it on the CNRI's website, at least 7 days

    before the meeting of General Assembly.

    III Voting

    (1) Ballots will have no notes or marks other than those provided by the voting system, otherwise they will

    be canceled.

    (2) Voting is performed by checking as indicated on the ballot.

    (3) Ballots that do not contain any options or contain more options than available seats will be canceled.

    (4) The vote may be expressed only by CNRI members (paid-up) personally or through authorized persons.

    (5) The votes for technical documents are individual type vote, usually conducted by correspondence.

    (6) The voting algorithm for the decisions of the General Assembly is as follows:

    - Each individual active member has one vote;

    - Each collective active member has three votes.

    IV - The voting ballot for the Board of Directors

    (1) Members of the Board of Directors shall be elected by a majority of the participants listed in the General

    Assembly election session.

    (2) The list of candidates who receive a majority (50% + one) in the first round will be considered elected.

    (3) If any of the lists has not met the majority (50% + one) in the first round, a second round will be held.

    (4) In the second round will take part top two places in the first round.

    (5) On the second ballot is considered elected the candidate who obtained the highest number of votes.

    V - The ballot for the election of Vice-Presidents and Directors of Divisions

    (1) The voting takes place in a single tour.

    (2) Will be elected the candidates who obtained the most votes. In case of a tie, the General Assembly

    establish the shootout method.

    VI Ballot voting for CNRI committees (Censors and Ethics)

    (1) The members will be elected in descending order of votes obtained.

  • Article 25 - Communication of results

    (1) The verification and counting commission will prepare a report signed by all members of the

    commission, which will be presented to the members of General Assembly. The report should contain:

    - The total number of CNRI members, in which the members entitled to vote;

    - The total number of participants;

    - The total number of votes cast and the voting procedures (directly or through correspondence);

    - The total number of valid votes and the null votes;

    - The number of candidates and positions were eligible;

    - The number of votes obtained by each candidate in descending order;

    - List of elected persons;

    - The number of votes obtained by each material subject to approval;

    - List of approved materials.

    (2) The Secretary of the General Assembly shall draw up the minutes, which shall include:

    a) call details of the General Assembly and its ordinary or extraordinary type;

    b) year, month, day, hour and place of the General Assembly;

    c) the total number of members;

    d) the total number of participants;

    e) the composition of the Presidium of the General Assembly;

    f) agenda passed by the General Assembly;

    g) decisions taken;

    h) the leadership structure chosen, if applicable;

    i) any other activities in the General Assembly.

    (3) The minutes shall be signed by all members of the Secretariat of the General Assembly.

    (4) The minutes will be recorded and kept at the CNRI HQ, its consultation being allowed for active and

    honorary members.

    Article 26. Board of Directors

    (1) The Board of Directors ensures the execution of the decisions of the General Assembly of CNRI.

    (2) The Board of Directors consists of four members elected by the General Assembly for a term of 4 years.

    (3) The Board of Directors designates the President of CNRI among its members for a term of one year.

    (4) Decides on taking powers of CNRI President in the event of his temporary unavailability or missing;

    (5) The Board of Directors decisions will be adopted in the presence of at least 3 members.

  • (6) The Board of Directors may be entirely removed if it is unable to fulfill its mandate or in case of non-

    compliance with the mandate. Revocation of the Board of Directors may be made under the same

    conditions as for its election.

    Article 27. The President of CNRI

    (1) The President of CNRI is the CNRI representative in its relations with corporate, public or private,

    domestic or foreign, or individuals and concludes on behalf of CNRI, agreements, contracts and other legal

    documents.

    (2) The President of CNRI represents Romania in the General Assembly of CIE as such entitled to one

    vote. In case of unavailability of the President, the representation will be ensured by another member of the

    Board of Directors.

    (3) The President shall convene CNRI Board of Directors, chairs the meetings and ensures executive

    decisions.

    (4) In case of temporary unavailability or missing for more than 45 days its powers will be taken by one of

    the other 3 members of the Board of Directors.

    (5) The President, in the exercise of his duties, shall sign the decisions adopted by the General Assembly.

    (6) He settles and approves, with the Board of Directors agreement, the payment of contributions to

    international organizations that CNRI is part or affiliate.

    (7) He settles and approves, with the Board of Directors agreement, payments from CNRI account.

    Article 28. The Duties and Attributions of the Board of Directors

    (1) The Board of Directors shall:

    a) presents to the General Assembly the activity report for the previous period, the execution of revenue

    and expenditure budget and the balance sheet;

    b) coordinate the administration and management of CNRI patrimony;

    c) prepare the annual budget draft for revenues and expenditures and submit it to the General Assembly for

    approval;

    d) prepare CNRI annual activities program and submit it to the General Assembly for approval;

    e) approve the organizational structure and personnel policy of the CNRI;

  • f) coordinate Vicepresidents activities and approve operating rules of the fields coordinated by

    Vicepresidents;

    g) coordinate Directors of Divisions activities and draw their operating rules;

    h) together with Vicepresidents and/or Directors of Technical Divisions make proposals for legislative and

    regulatory provisions specific to the field;

    i) approve the functionment regulations of CNRI committees;

    j) approve the remuneration limits / reference fees for employees;

    k) approve the conclusion of services / collaboration contracts, to meet the objectives of CNRI;

    l) prepare documents that will be submitted for approval to the General Assembly;

    m) decide change of the headquarters CNRI, and submit to General Assembly for approval; voting can be

    achieved by correspondence;

    n) proposes amendments to the statute, and submit them to General Assembly for approval;

    o) approve the rules for the granting of the certificate of Professional Lighting (CAPI);

    p) approve the rules framework for national competitions in lighting area;

    q) provide information to CNRI members on specific issues and decisions.

    (2) Members of Board of Directors are required to work together to carry out the tasks conferred.

    Article 29. Board of Directors Meetings

    (1) The Board of Directors shall meet whenever necessary when called by the CNRI President;

    The President shall convene the Board of Directors within 7 days of the request of two of its members.

    (2) The agenda for meetings is fixed by the President.

    (3) The meetings will be convened at least 3 days prior, and convening include the place, date, time of

    deployment, set agenda and materials for discussion and approval. An exception to the above are force

    majeure cases.

    (4) The meeting is considered statutory in the presence of at least 3 members of the Board of Directors.

    Invited persons may attend the meeting.

  • (5) The vote is open and resolutions will be passed by a vote of of the members of the Board of

    Directors, including the vote of the President.

    (6) The Board of Directors meetings are recorded in a report signed by members of the Board of Directors.

    Article 30. The Vicepresidents of CNRI

    (1) For carrying out the objectives of CNRI, the General Assembly elects four Vicepresidents, who

    coordinates the following major areas of CNRI activity:

    I. Professional Training in the field of light and lighting;

    II. Two components Public Relations: communication within the CNRI and external communication;

    III. Technical documentation in light and lighting;

    IV. Regulation and norms in the field of light and lighting.

    (2) Annex 1 of this Statute describes the organizational structure of the CNRI. This structure defines the

    main tasks performed by each of the four Vicepresidents.

    (3) Each Vice President will establish internal operating rules of the specific field, which is submitted to the

    Board of Directors.

    Article 31. Divisions of CNRI

    (1) The organizational structure of CNRI complies with the structure of CIE, consisting of divisions:

    Division 1 - Sight and colour;

    Division 2 - Physical measurements of light and radiation;

    Division 3 - Environment interior and lighting design;

    Division 4 - Lighting and Signalling for Transports;

    Division 5 - Exterior lighting and other applications;

    Division 6 - Photobiology and photochemistry;

    Division 7 - General aspects of lighting;

    Division 8 - Image technology.

  • (2) In comparison to the CIE, inside the CNRI is organized a special division DS.1 - Professional lighting

    certification in lighting, whose activity is coordinated by the Vicepresident in charge of professional training.

    (3) In order to achieve the objectives of CNRI, Board of Directors may propose the establishment of

    additional division, technical or otherwise, targetting areas of interest. The proposal is subject to the

    General Assembly vote.

    (4) The powers exercised by the Directors of Divisions shall follow the regulations of the internal operating

    rules set, drawn up by the Board of Directors.

    Chapter 4. Censors Committee

    Article 32. General stipulations

    (1) The Censors Committee consists of 3 Members elected by the General Assembly for a term of 4 years.

    (2) The Commission shall meet:

    a) for the first time within 15 days of the election and designate the president by secret ballot;

    b) in ordinary meetings, according to the own rules of organization and operation;

    c) in extraordinary meetings whenever necessary if occur financial irregularities related to budget,

    management and patrimony, called by the commission president.

    (3) meetings are considered statutory with at least two of the committee members.

    (4) In preparing the report on the management and use of funds fixed by the General Assembly or their

    designees, censors committee shall include an auditor or accountant.

    (5) Regulation of organization and functioning of the Censors Committee will be approved by the Board of

    Directors.

  • Article 33. The powers of the Censors Committee

    Censors Committee provides internal financial control of CNRI and shall:

    (1) verifies how the CNRI patrimony is managed and check the balance sheet in terms of legality, regularity

    and accuracy of records in the accounts;

    (2) verify if financial transactions are included in the Board of Directors decisions and are consistent with

    the approved budget;

    (3) prepare the discharge account report of elected bodies of CNRI and submit it to the General Assembly.

    Article 34. Censors Commission reports

    Censors Commission annual reports required to be signed by all the members of the commission and will

    be submitted within 3 days of making of the Board of Directors.

    Chapter 5. Ethics Committee

    Article 35. General stipulations

    (1) The Ethics Committee shall consist of three Members elected by the General Assembly for a term of 4

    years.

    (2) The Commission shall meet:

    a. first time within 15 days of the election and the designate the president by secret ballot;

    b. in ordinary meetings according to the rules of organization and operation;

    c. in extraordinary meetings whenever necessary when occur deviations from the code of ethics, called by

    the president.

    (3) meetings are considered statutory , with at least two of the committee members.

    (4) the Code of Ethics, the organization and functioning of the Ethics Committee shall be approved by the

    General Assembly.

  • Chapter 6. Registration of Members

    Article 36. National Members Panel

    (1) The CNRI, through his secretary, record and updated periodically in a separate data record from the

    National Panel members, all the data recorded at membership registration referring to the members of the

    CNRI, and a second related record, all the data concerning the financial aspects of fees and payment of

    contributions.

    (2) The database has 3 sections:

    a) general - comprising all data recorded at registration and completed along, only for the Board of

    Directors as well as their trustees;

    b) for members - which includes all the data members considers public inside CNRI;

    Restricting informations is made by CNRI member at registration through a written request to the Secretary

    CNRI;

    c) public - which includes professional data and addresses, representatives of collective members.

    (3) items related to personal data may be made available to CNRI members and third party subjects with

    person consent, not necessary if the data are required in the interests of a disciplinary investigation or

    prosecution pending.

    (4) Persons operating databases will sign a confidentiality agreement whose terms will be

    determined by the Board of Directors.

    Chapter 7. Liquidation and Dissolution of CNRI

    Article 37.

    (1) The dissolution and liquidation of CNRI shall be conducted in accordance with the Ordinance. 26/2000

    on associations and foundations and other applicable legal provisions.

    (2) The assets remaining after liquidation shall be submitted by legal entities with identical or similar

    purpose to be determined at the time.

    Chapter 8. Final Stipulations

    Article 38. Validity beginning

    (1) This Statute shall become valid at the date of its adoption in the General Assembly.
