STEEL STRUCTURES

The Company CIPI s.r.o. manufactures, delivers and assembles various bolted or welded steel structures for construction business, industry as well as road construction and natural persons.

During implementation, we strive to emphasize simpli-city, functionality and above all fulfilment of expecta-tions and needs of customers. Preparation of produ-ction is supported by technical documentation, static reports, performance or production documentation. We are constantly striving to innovate, to improve and to optimize the production process, as evidenced by the continuous improvement of our production facili-ties occupying an area of over 6,000 square meters as well as the certificates our company has and are regu-larly updated:

• Manufacture of steel building components and parts of assemblies and structures of EXC- 3 class according to EN 1090-2+A1

• Welding process complies with EN ISO 3834-2 and EN ISO 14554 standards

• Welding staff certified by EN ISO 9606-1 and qualified to coordinate welding to the extent of all tasks and liabilities according to EN ISO 14731

Systematic inspection of manufacture throughout its processes enables us to control quality at the highest level, which is the cornerstone of our company phi-losophy.

Based project documentation or depending on aggressiveness of the environment where a structure construction is to be built, we perform different types of surface finish of resistance up to C5-I category according to ISO 12944ff. As we have our own sand blasting line and paint shop, we are able flexibly respond to needs of our customers.

We carry out the operations as follows:

• synthetic coating• polyurethane and epoxide coating • fireproof coating of steel structures• metallic zinc coating • hot-dip galvanizing
