Press to wake from sleep and establish GPS connection (outdoors)
Press to cycle display modes (workout duration, heart rate, digital watch)
Hold down for 3 seconds for the MENU
Press and release to start/stop recording a workout.
Also functions as ‘Up’ to navigate menus.
After workout, hold through 3 second timer to save workout and reset watch for next workout.
Also functions as ‘down’ to navigate menus.
Press and hold for power on/off.

•How to wear the heart rate monitor
•strap around chest, with hard plastic part facing outward andcentered over your xiphoid process
•dampen the plastic electrodeson back of strap to establish better connectivity
Sync the heart rate monitorAbout 30 feet distance between sensors required while syncing to prevent other HR strap signals from interfering. Spread out!
