Solomon “Superman” Carter President/CEO/Founder EXECUTIVE SUMMARY ChiTowns Finest Publications LLC is the producer of “Stunnaz Magazine”. A stylish new men’s magazine tailored for the hip-hop generation. A magazine that gives a literary experience that appeals to the hip hop generation, complemented by imagery of beautiful women as envisioned by the ever changing world of Hip-Hop & R&B. Executives To reach its goals the company has a management team with the experience needed to carefully plan and run the company.

The company was envisioned, and implemented in the latter half of 2007 by Solomon L. Carter, and officially organized on April 2nd, 2008 in the state of Georgia by its owners and executives Solomon Carter, Dev Chadha, and Lillian Taylor. Solomon Carter is the President/CEO/Founder and the Hustle behind the company. His role includes being the face of the company, directing the marketing campaign, content design, and joint input with Dev Chadha on the strategic planning. Dev Chadha is the CFO and is responsible for the financial and joint strategic planning, as well as the financial operations of the company. Lillian Taylor is the Legal Counsel for the company and provides legal planning, reviews all contracts, and ensures that the company’s assets are legally protected. Business Operations Currently there are three owner employees and one additional employee. Stunnaz Magazine has had seven issues published online between October 2007 and April 2008. During that stage in development marketing efforts created a buzz that has brought enough online traffic to Stunnaz Magazine’s website that it has surpassed even some publications with Full Print Magazines in circulation. Stunnaz Magazine is now in position to launch its first Full Print issue this Fourth of July weekend ’08. Following issues will continue in print on a bi-monthly basis.

Management’s Future Plans

Along with a well-primed management team the company also has in progress a marketing campaign that is essential to its vitality. Already showing success with radio shows and magazine signing events by well-established top models in the hip-hop community, the company is making great strides to its year-end marketing goals of reaching a circulation of 150,000 magazines. The company plans to intensify this marketing campaign as earnings increase, creating an upward spiral of demand. One of the new marketing efforts we are undertaking includes creating ways for fans to interface with their adored celebrities. Fans will be given the opportunity to interact with their favorite models through the website and magazine signings, radio show visits, the company website, and other promotional events. All of which has already started with great reaction from the target market. Together with the success and expansion of Stunnaz Magazine, the company will develop new products. In addition to magazines, these new products will include calendars, and other media products that complement our primary product lines. Once Stunnaz Magazine’s circulation reaches 500,000 magazines plans are already in the works to develop two other publications. One strictly geared toward the Hip-Hop Artists and their world; the other strictly for the toys and lifestyles of the rich & famous in all aspects of entertainment. It will be a business phenomenon to say the least.
