CemcoLift elevators come in a choice of two superblyengineered models. Both have a car speed of 40 feet per minute. The CMR-750 is our most popular residential elevator with a 750-pound capacity and 12square feet of usable cab area. The CMR-950 is largerwith 15 square feet of usable cab area, carrying up to 950 pounds.

Both units are far superior to other makes of residentialelevators and exceed industry safety standards. For example, the car frame is 20% heavier than competitiveproducts. CemcoLift has an elevator design to match practically any residential application or configuration. Our CMR-750and CMR-950 models can bebuilt to be front opening,front and rear opening, frontand side opening, or with

openings on three sides. Standard sizes are 12 squarefeet and 15 square feet.However, custom sizes are also available.

Our elevators utilize approxi-mately 20 square feet of floorspace and can be installed in astandard studded hoistway.

Improved product design minimizes installation time.Installation is performed exclusively by carefully selected, factory-trained distributors who meetCemcoLift’s stringent standards.

In some cases, builders may set aside space in newconstruction so that an elevator can be installed at a later date. (Prior to installation, this reserved areacan be used for storage.) In other cases, elevators are installed into existing structures during remodeling. Our expert engineering staff willgladly provide a complete set of detailed drawingsand specifications to match your individual needs and requirements.
