n our daily lives we normally

follow orders either at work or

at home, so following orders is

not new to us, but to follow the

Almighty’s orders is something that feels

sat isfy ing and grat i fy ing to our

conscience. It is one of the most

important medium that can help us

ascend on our spiritual path.

Let us look at a life incident of a

sant, Aatmanand Swami, a disciple of

Shreeji Maharaj, for whom Shreeji

Maharaj’s aagna/command was very

dear and how it pleased the Lord.

Aatmanand Swami was born in the

Marwad region. He left home in search

of God and a true Guru at a very early

age. In his search of a Guru he met Shri

Ramanand Swami and then joined him.

Later Aatmanand Swami met

Sahajanand Swami in Meghpur and

seeing Bhagwan he felt something

special about Sahajanand Swami. At the

time he met Bhagwan he was about 60

years of age meaning he was about 40

years older to Bhagwan. Even though he

was so elder to Bhagwan he readily

accepted Bhagwan as his Guru after

Ramanand Swami installed Sahajanand

Swami to the throne of the satsang in the

village of Jetpur.

Once Aatmanand Swami along with

Muktanand Swami and other saints went

to Aabu as a part of satsang vicharan.

IDuring the vicharan they had to go

without food for 4 straight days. On the

fifth day a Brahmin met them and

requested the saints to come to his

house and prepare the thaal for Bhagwan

and have some Prasad themselves in the

form of Khichdi.

At that time Shreeji Maharaj had

started a chapter (prakaran) for santos

such that they should not eat ‘Ghee’. So

Muktanand Swami asked the Brahmin

not to put Ghee in the Khichdi. But the

Brahmin had put some Ghee in the

Khichdi offered to God and unknowingly

mixed that Khichdi in the rest of the

Khichdi.

When the santos sat for supper

some santos smelt Ghee in the Khichdi

and refused to eat it due to the Prakaran

initiated by Maharaj.

Muktanad Swami felt for the

Brahmin and for the santos too who had

gone without food for 4 days. He asked

the santos to eat the Khichdi and assured

them that he will bear whatever

punishment Maharaj gives him for all the

santos.

But Aatmanand Swami who was

then 75 years of age did not eat and

decided to obey Bhagwan’s wish. Later

when santos met Maharaj, Maharaj

praised both Muktanand Swami and

Aatmanand Swami for their care and

devotion.

towards the sky and when we see

numerous stars shining, we wonder the

creation of God. Today’s science is still in

search of the evidences of the existence

of life on some other planet

or part of the universe, and

still they are not sure about

the expansion of universe and

topics of the birth

of the universe. But

we already have

those calculations

and the informa-tion

about our space in

our ancient scrip-

tures which is really

very similar to the

results and evidences.

Scientifically our unive-

rse is at least 156 billion

lightyears (1560000000 × 9.4605284 ×

1012 kilo-meters) wide, with numerous

stars and planets. One of the most

beautiful and glitzy sphere in the

universe, embedded with the blue

swathe and white touch which glooms all

as the sun-spotlight; the dwelling place

of 6,706,993,152 social-animals ranging

from the smallest size of 80nano-meters

(viruses), till gigantic 100mt animals,

that’s our home, our mother earth. One

of the exceptional animal in this planet is

a human, so-called a “social animal.”

As per the history man has been

very curious since the centuries, he

developed from apes to a civilized

modern man. Today, even sky is not the

limit for man; they have reached deep

down inside the ocean till the space

Humans have been developing

lots of paranormal stuffs with

The main motive behind the

creation of this earth is for the Salvation

of the human beings. But it is the most

superior position to attain and most

difficult state of affairs. To attain

salvation, one has to utilize human birth

in a devout path. We attain this human

that, we apprehend & understand the

significance of the human birth as

salvation is the only way to get out of the

birth and death successions.

Today the man has discovered many

ways of destruction for example, once a

packaging. The owner was explaining the

saint with pride about the mechanism,

how they input a cow from the initial site

and get a completely fine cut beef chips

stated is, the association with “ekantik

sant” of Lord, one who does not desire

anything except God & one who

worships him with moral integrity,

knowledge and non-attachment. With

the company and satsang of such a saint

one can become pure hearted and can

attain non-attachment from the worldly

pleasures.

After attaining non-attachment from

the wor ld ly p leasures , one can

concentrate on the devotion of God

which is most important means of the

salvation or ultimate redemption.

Devotion is the dearest virtue to Maharaj

and He has given much significance to

devotion in Vachanamrutam. Bhagvaan

Kapil Dev has narrated,

Which means, to attain

the ultimate salvation, one must know

the divine personality of God and know

the greatness of God. The knowledge of

Shreeji Maharaj has narrated in

Vachanamrutam that, it is very difficult to

get birth in this earth. Even devatas like

Indra aspire to get a human birth but

they are not so lucky; as the glee of

pleasure of five senses, and tenure of life

of Devtas is more than that of human

beings but there are no means for getting

the final salvation. Ultimate salvation is

not possible on any other places than the

earth. Hence, we must work towards the

ultimate purpose behind the creation of

this earth and help out fellow spirits to

work for the ultimate motive of the

salvation with the help of great saints

and teachers, so that we get refined and

don’t come back to this filtration cycle of

spirits again.

The great scientist Newton had a deep faith in God. He

had a replica of Solar-system in his laboratory. Once, one of his

atheist friends came to visit his lab and admired the structure

of the solar system. He asked Newton: “Who made this

model?” Newton replied: “None!” His friend asked again:

“How is it possible?” Newton remained quiet and didn't reply

anything. Finally his friend asked with attitude, “There must be

a designer, tell me genuinely.” Newton replied: “This model is

the insensible. I am unable to tell you the designer of this

artificial model. Why don't you think about the creator of the original massive Solar

system and the universe? If you believe that there must be a designer of this

artificial model then there must be a creator of the gigantic Solar system and the

universe, don't you feel so?”
