Introduction

Systellar Innovations is a technology firm with core focus on offering affordable Solar power to Indian

consumers. We genuinely believe that the time has come when Solar energy can become a mainstream

power source.

In our Research & Development lab, we develop Solar products which are efficient, affordable and

designed for Indian conditions. Our product range comprises of both Solar PV and Solar thermal

products.

Our customers rely on our domain expertise and customer focus to confidently embrace this free,

abundant, clean, and hassle free energy source into their daily lives. Our product range includes:

• Solar water heaters up to 5000 Litres per day capacity

• Solar charge controllers for 12V, 24V and 48V battery banks

• Solar Power backup systems up to 100 KW

• Solar powered water pump systems up to 15 HP

Besides above, we offer a range of energy efficient power conditioning equipment including Voltage

Stabilizers and LED lighting products. These products have unique features and help in reducing

electricity bill.

We install, maintain and service Solar energy solutions for our customers in West UP region and

distribute these products across North India.

Solar Energy – Best utilization

As per current technology scenario, Solar energy can be optimally utilized during the day time. As seen

in the graph above, for typical day time load (e.g. offices, institutions, workshops, etc.) power

consumption peaks around the time when Sun’s energy is received the maximum (yellow area in graph).

This scenario allows us to consume the Solar energy as it gets generated. So, the requirement to store

energy in batteries gets reduced and results in substantial reduction in initial and running cost of solar

power system.

Also, Solar energy as an alternative to GRID electricity is suitable for anyone who uses Diesel generator

for more than 4 hours during the day. Solar energy is approximately 30 – 40% cheaper than electricity

generated using DG sets. With the increasing cost of diesel, this difference in cost will keep on

increasing. Any investment in Solar energy will help save energy costs as well as contribute in keeping

the environment clean.

Solar energy gives the option of generating electricity independently in areas which are not yet

connected to the electricity GRID. These include remote rural areas as well as villages in hills and

mountains. Sun’s energy can be harnessed, as per requirement, in such places to meet daily needs of

people and leads to their social as well as economic upliftment.

Product Offerings

In line with company’s mission to provide customers easy access to appropriate and affordable Solar

Systellar Innovations has launched North India’s 1st

Solar products showroom which runs 100% on

Solar energy. This showroom showcases company’s product offerings and also gives a chance to

customers to experience solar product demonstration. This showroom is powered by a 3.75 kW Solar

power plant which generated enough power to run the showroom 9 hours daily. The equipment being

run through solar energy in this showroom includes:

• 1.8 Ton Toshiba Air-conditioner unit (Split type Inverter A/C)

• 16 LED lights

• 2 fans

Solar Power Plants

Systellar Innovations installs Solar Power plants on

turnkey basis currently in West UP region. These power

plants vary from 1 kW to 100 kW of Solar energy

generation.

A typical Solar power plant includes the following

components:

• Solar Photovoltaic panels

• Solar Hybrid inverter

• Battery bank

• Solar PV mounting structure

• Balance of system – Junction boxes, protection

equipments, wires, connectors, etc.

After conducting an energy audit exercise at customer premises, with a motive of improving efficiency

and reducing power consumption, we design the system as per client requirements, procure the

material and commission the power plants. The system is designed keeping in mind the requirements of

the client. A typical system is designed for average 25 years life. To keep power plants working at peak

performance, the company also takes up annual maintenance contracts as well as provides service

support to all its clients.

Solar power plants prove to be a cost saving alternative to Diesel generator sets. Any organization which

runs DG set for more than 4 hours during the day, can achieve substantial savings in energy cost by

using Solar power. Also, the use of solar power will contribute towards keeping the environment clean

and sustainable.

Solar Inverter battery charging system

A majority of Indian homes already have inverters installed in them. But, due to insufficient grid

electricity supply, especially during summers, the batteries do not get sufficiently charged to keep the

load running. This results in periods when there is no power for lights, fans, and other loads. A solar

charge controller helps in charging battery using solar energy collected by Solar panels. Charge

controllers with MPPT technology generate 10% – 50% more power, depending upon model of solar

panel and battery voltage, as compared to PWM models. All our charge controllers have been designed

for Indian conditions.

Solar Street lights

Solar street lights are the perfect solution for illuminating pathways, campus areas and public places

during evening and night time. Solar street light can be used as a standalone light source and can be

installed anywhere without much effort. This eliminates the necessity of laying underground wires, an

activity which is both expensive as well as difficult to maintain. Moreover, solar street lights are much

more reliable light sources as the uncertainty associated with GRID supply to power ordinary street light

is removed.

Systellar Innovations has launched high

efficiency Solar street light products which

are capable of providing up to 3 days of

system autonomy. The product has been

launched in both LED as well as CFL based

models. Systellar Innovation being an

Engineering, Procurement and

Commissioning (EPC) company, also

installs these solar street lights as per

customer requirements. This helps the

clients in getting responsive and complete

service support.

Solar Water Heater

Solar water heaters use the Sun’s energy

to heat water during the day. This water is

stored inside an insulated tank for use

whenever required. The Sun rays have

enough energy to heat water up to 60°C

to 70°C, which is more than sufficient for

purposes such as bathing, washing

clothes, use in kitchen, etc. With

negligible maintenance requirement,

Solar water heaters provide a long term

low cost solution to heat water.

In North India, we suggest the use of ETC

type solar water heaters for hard water

condition. These can withstand

sedimentation and scaling for a longer

period of time. The storage tank and

vacuum tubes can be opened and cleaned

easily and help in enhancing the working

life of the equipment. We estimate the

average life of solar a water heating

system to be around 15 years.

Voltage Stabilizer

Systellar automatic voltage stabilizers are energy efficient and incorporate some industry first features

such as regulated relay power supply, Power Factor Corrector (PFC) and Zero Current Switching (ZCS).

Models:

• Air Conditioner stabilizer - SVS 4000 Available models: 110V, 140V

• Mainline stabilizer - SVS 5000 Available model: 110V

• Powerful STM8 Microprocessor controlled design

• Digital display to indicate input voltage, output voltage, load current, delay time, low cut, high
