Tech City UK Executive Accelerator (TEA) is a commercialisation and skills programme offered to up to 10 selected Norwegian technology growth companies with ambitions and potential for international growth. The programme aims at enhancing your skills within:

TEA consists of 3 x 2 days workshops in London's Canary Wharf district focusing on vital internationalisation skills. Participants will also be able to hot desk in Level 39 over a six month period, a high-profile incubator located in the heart of the business district.

LEVEL39

Through the TEA programme, all participants have access to hot desks at Level39, in addition to a vast network of industry leaders, mentors and events. Membership runs 6 months from the 27th of September 2016.

Level39 is Europe's largest technology accelerator for finance, retail, cyber-security and future cities technology companies. It's home to more than 200 startups and early stage companies, including several Norwegian, ranging from one-person operations to teams of 30-plus. Despite its name, Level39 now takes up three floors.

Level39 was opened in March 2013 by Boris Johnson, then Mayor of London, and has quickly become an important part of London’s booming Tech City. At Level39, they put high potential entrepreneurs in the same space as some of the world’s most influential technology buyers and investors, accelerating their traction and access to markets. Level39 also creates & hosts accelerator programmes and a busy events calendar. It is their aim to fuse London’s finance and technology sectors, enhancing London’s position as the digital capital of Europe and helping the positive transformation of the finance sector.

MIKE ROBERTS

Partner, Scott Roberts NegotiatingMike Roberts is one of the leading international Negotiating Coaches and Consultants with a wealth of high level experience. He has worked with CEOs, Directors and senior management teams from across many and varied businesses and government sectors. He has trained and coached well over 8,000 senior staff. His experience has taken him on assignments to The Far and Middle East, throughout Europe, to Bermuda, The United States of America and Canada.

Mike's experience comes from working at Board level for a world-class multi-site international business, as an Industrial Relations Expert and Trouble Shooter. He has led large professional teams covering a variety of significant high level negotiations often in highly complex situations - Mergers, Takeovers, Enabling Agreements for New Sites and Technology, Plant Closures, Productivity Deals and major Procurement Contract Negotiations. He pioneered 24 / 7 shift arrangements, introduced long term stability deals (2 & 3 year pay deals) and in the last 18 months has been helping Company Boards secure investment and contracts through special consultancy projects. Increasingly active in the fast moving entrepreneurial world of FinTech & IT Start Ups Mike runs specialised workshops for fast growth investment backed businesses.

It represents Swiss interests in the areas of political, economic and financial affairs, legal arrangements, science, education and culture. The Office of Science, Innovation and Higher Education observes and analyses developments in UK science, innovation and higher education policy and works closely with the Swiss State Secretariat for Education and Research (SER).The Office serves as an interface between the science and technology communities in Switzerland and the UK by providing information and facilitating contacts. We work with government, universities and business to organise bilateral networking, matchmaking events and joint projects.
