This project for GIZ entailed the development of an evaluation grid and quantitative and qualitative evaluation of 7 offers. These offers were then ranked for GIZ to come to a final conclusion for their way forward.
In 2014, ASD provided technical and financial evaluation of 7 containerized solar PV-Hybrid systems of powering off-grid communities in Madagascar for GIZ.
