• The Workshop consists of: – A Light Discovery Workbook pre-populated by the client – 2 hour workshop delivered over Lync Online (1 consultant with up to 3
client attendees) – 8 hour write-up using the Light Discovery Report template – 1 hour presentation of the report delivered over Lync Online (1 consultant
with up to 3 client attendees)
• The Report will include: – Vision and goals – Workbook results (in a table format) – Project definition (scope) – Project investment (costs) – Next steps
• The total cost of the Light Discovery Workshop is £1,500. • There is no further commitment from the client for this option.
Basic Deployment Package
• The Basic Deployment option is a 6 day engagement for £5,000.
• The service delivers Office 365 to a small business as a prescribed deployment package that includes the following.
– Light Discovery Workshop
– DirSync setup and operations
– Basic service configuration
– Domain verification (up to 2 domains)
– Assign licenses / enable users (up to 250 users)
– Feature enablement (Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Online)
– Test client computer connection (2 users)
