The information presented in these slides is based CamConnect’s calculations using data from the City of Camden and the Camden County Improvement Authority. Unfortunately, neither these agencies nor CamConnect can vouch for the accuracy of the data. As always data should be approached with informed skepticism and a critical eye.

CamConnect makes every effort to provide useful, accurate data by triangulating the truth between several sources whenever possible, but all data contain errors and omissions.

For example, slide 6 counts “vacant land.” That total includes only properties explicitly labeled as vacant land. It excludes 1,500+ additional parcels that list $0 as the taxable value of structures built on those sites. Assessment values tend to be updated more frequently than other less vital property information and $0 values usually indicate the absence of a building.

CamConnect continues to collect and refine its property data. This presentation will be updated to reflect new information as it becomes available.
