The MMOR System Inc.

Building a new and innovative tank farm system that processes crude oil into sweet condensate. The MMOR System is to be installed at the Emerson processing site. The first phase of construction will consist of one complete MMOR System refinery tank and several other supporting tanks. All of the apparatuses will be sitting on a containment berm. Auxiliary equipment such as a lease automatic custody transfer system L.A.C.T. Unit will sit on the outside of the containment berm as well as the brains to the system. The system uses a Gen-Set for power.

Planning and entering into a value management process begins when you contemplate building a tank farm. To develop the ability to influence cost to secure in the early stages confidence to make the important decisions.

Having the right tools and the right people to advise you removes complexity and stress from project delivery. We are trained and experienced in removing financial surprises from the construction process.

We are there to advise on how to achieve your objectives. We know the refining industry we can consult on the best usages of our The MMOR System Inc.

Each region of the country and even the country that you are operating in will determine your client market.

Because these units process crude oil and crude oil is found in

many different forms from the ground to waste crude there are at the very least 22 different revenue streams possible with the MMOR

System Inc.

More ideas may very well come from the clients that you are serving; maybe a need that no one has thought of before.

14Author: Synde Arasonn CEO

Each tank has a capacity level that is slightly less than full capacity

There will be an amount at the bottom of tank that will change each time the tank is emptied and filled with input product this must

be calculated

Every time the tank is filled it will yield a different final volume of output product; this is called a Variable that can only be calculated by

computer systems that are part of the turnkey package.

15Author: Synde Arasonn CEO

Using the industry standard formula will determine the needed flow

Variables that effect the flow rate are the pump sizes the tank size,

the pipeline, the API of the input product

Time to process each batch will depend upon the above calculations.

16Author: Synde Arasonn CEO

Determine the size of the condensate market in your area

Determine if your company will be marketing product locally or exporting product

Then determine specifications and regulations in your region and country

Engage in obtaining Purchase Orders from BUYERS of Sweet Condensate

Type 3: medium grade oils (most crude oils)

• About one-third will evaporate within 24 hours

• Typical water-soluble fraction 10−100 ppm

• May penetrate substrate and persist

• May pose significant cleanup-related impacts

Type 4: heavy grade oil (heavy crudes, No. 6 fuel oil, bunker C)

• Heavy oils with little or no evaporation

• Water-soluble fraction typically less than 10 ppm

• Heavy surface contamination likely

• Highly persistent; long-term contamination possible

• Weathers very slowly; may form tar balls

• May sink in water, depending on product density

• May pose significant cleanup-related impacts

• Low acute toxicity relative to other oil types

Type : 5 low API fuel grade oils (heavy industrial fuel oils)

• Neutrally buoyant or may sink

• Weathers slowly; sunken oil has little potential for evaporation

• May accumulate on bottom under calm conditions and smother subtotal resources

• Sunken oil may be resuspended during storms, providing a chronic source of shoreline oiling

• Highly variable and often blended with oils

• Blends may be unstable, and the oil may separate when spilled

• Low acute toxicity relative to other oil types

API TESTING

Type 1(a): liquefied gases (liquefied petroleum gas, ethylene, propylene) • Highly volatile • Gas at ambient conditions; maintained at high pressur

Type 1(b): very light grade oils (gasoline)

• Highly volatile • Evaporates quickly, often completely within 1 to 2 days

Type 2: light grade oils (jet fuels, diesel, No. 2 fuel oil, light crude)

• Moderately volatile • Will leave residue (up to one-third of spill amount) after a few days• Moderately soluble, especially distilled products

The MMOR System Inc. has identified several revenue streams downstream here is a list of areas within the industry that the set up of The MMOR System would benefit the oil producers.

The oil producers paid to have their waste oil disposed, where that waste oil is processed by The MMOR System Inc. into one of the world’s most valued commodity for resale. With a 62% ROI & breaking even within that same year.

We are proposing a showcase project to survey and construct a berm for a large tank farm.

The proposed facility will consist of four to ten tanks 1000 bbl. size The largest of which has a diameter of 20 feet and

Is 60 feet high. Two smaller crude tanks, a firewater tank and associated facilities, manifolds, pump stations, piping, etc.

Develop recommendations for foundation design of the structures, implementing construction with local expertise in geological settings unique to geo site

Investigate lease with designer to determine tank foundation needs specific to each geo site..

Delivering a large oilfield tank requires expert skill, here are 5 expert tips:

1.Use a kick ass tank trailer2.Protect the flangers3.Secure the load for wind 4.Use Experienced Escorts5.Plan For some delays

Oil Field Tanks all require safe access. Tank Partners supplies a range of quality fully galvanized stairways and walkways to meet your individual tank battery design.Stairways come in different lengths to meet the tank battery height requirement, then comes the walkways and extensions that allow full access to the top of each tank. The walkways are supported by knee braces that attach directly to the walkway brackets welded onto the tank.
