The Night before the Wedding

Twas the night before the wedding,And all through the house,The creatures were stirring,

From the chief of towns snoring.

Their clothes were hung in their wardrobes with care,In the hopes that Alice would stay out of their hair.

Bella was asleep, All safe in her bed,

While visions of horror danced in her head.

And Emmet, And Jasper, And Edward, And CarlisleHad just settled in to a long awaited snack.

Bella’s dreams were filled with pain, blood and horror,She nearly jumped from the bed from the clarity of the colour.Back at the Cullen house Alice was flying around in a flash,

Tearing open boxes, and throwing up all sorts of flowers.

The moon on the base of the new-fallen dewGave the luster of midday to objects below.

In the Pensiula mountain range, you will findFour vampires stalking their preyAnd three in a house decorating.

Look to the heart of Forks an old two-storey detachedYou will find, the love of one vampire of the night.

More rapid than eagles their love it had sprungThe ups and the downs of this rollercoaster called love.

“Now Emmet! Now Jasper! You know better than to fight.”Oh some god help me out

Before I kill them here and now.“To the tops of the mountain! To the top of the peak!

Now runaway, runaway, runaway before I freak.”

As dry leaves before the hurricane fly,When they meet with an obstacle, mount to the sky.

So up to the treetops the two troublers they flew. With a telephatic brother and angry father chasing too.

And then in a flash back to Forks we go.Bella still tossing, Alice still dancing.

Pressing his fingers to the bridge of his nose. And giving a nod, the vampires all goes.

They sprang to the trees, to others like shadowsAnd away they all flew in parallel directions.

But I heard him exclaim as he dashed out of sight.“To night a bachelor, tomorrow a man!And to the moon we say thank-you.”

What an honour for me Goodbye. Thank-you. Good night!
