3/4 cup soft margarine 1 egg, slightly beaten 2 teaspoons vanilla Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix the above ingredients in a large bowl. Empty the jar of cookie mix in the bowl. Stir until well blended. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease. Drop the dough by the spoonful on the baking sheet and bake for 9 to 11 minutes until just golden brown on the edges. Makes 4 dozen cookies.
