The apartments are spacious and each one has its own front door for added security; ensuring residents have complete control of who comes through it.

For eligibility residents will:

> Have a learning disability

> Be 18 years and over

> Have a full assessment of need and meet the eligibility criteria set by the Local Authority at the time.
