The luxury condo market for 2015 is shaping up to be equally impressive as 2014, if not much better. If you follow our monthly newsletters, you know we love looking at the facts. As of the third week of July, 2015 has covered 97% of the total closed transactions from 2014, if you include the 19 pending sales in Tides IV. The average sales price this year is already up about 5% from 2014. Downtown continues to fetch a premium price, but a larger number of buyers are deciding on Mount Pleasant, with only a short drive to

downtown Charleston. Below is a snapshot of the overall luxury market

so far in 2015, both sold and active listings. With two-bedrooms starting at $689,000 and three-bedrooms starting at $1,039,000 in Tides IV, we encourage you to bring your clients to our sales center to see how far their dollar will go in the newest luxury condo building in Charleston.

Tides IV welcomed two new owners in the month of July, which now takes the building to over 35% sold out with about a year to go until completion.
