We can now confidently say that the luxury condo market in Charleston has fully recovered! The first quarter of 2016 is off to its hottest start in many years. So far, eighteen residences have closed. Comparatively, 2014 had fourteen and 2015 had eight through the first quarter. With the 2016 average closed price of $1,006,500, these buyers are clearly looking
