CUTTING REQUIREMENTSPlease read instructions first before cutting. Seam allowances vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting border and sashing pieces.

10-inch StackerChoose 16 assorted prints from the 10-inch stacker. From each assorted print, cut 4 rectangles 3” x 4½”.

Cream SnowflakeCut 16 squares 4” x 4”. Label as A1.Cut 32 rectangles 2¼” x 3¾”. Label half as A3 and the other half as A9.Cut 32 squares 2¼” x 2¼”. Label half as A6 and the other half as A12.Cut 32 rectangles 2½” x 4¼”. Label half as A7 and the other half as A13.

Red SnowflakeCut 16 rectangles 1½” x 6½”Cut 32 rectangles 1½” x 4½”Cut 32 rectangles 2” x 4½”. Label half as A2 and the other half as A8.Cut 32 rectangles 2½” x 3¾”. Label half as A4 and the other half as A10.Cut 32 rectangles 2” x 5”. Label half A5 and the other half as A11.

QUILT ASSEMBLYRefer to quilt photo for placement of fabrics.

Gift Wrapped BlockThese instructions are to make 1 block. Use foundation piecing to create the Bow Unit.

Bow Unit

Sew an assorted print 3” x 4½” rectangle to each side of a red snowflake 1½” x 4½” rectangle to create Unit A. Repeat to create 2 Unit A’s.

Unit A

Sew a Unit A to each side of a red snowflake 1½” x 6½” rectangle to create the Box Unit.

Box Unit

Sew the Bow Unit and the Box Unit together to create the Gift Wrapped Block. Repeat to create 16 Gift Wrapped Blocks.

Gift Wrapped Block

Quilt Center AssemblyRefer to quilt photo for block and sashing placement. Sew 4 Gift Wrapped Blocks together to create a row. Repeat to make 4 rows of Gift Wrapped Blocks. Lay out the 4 rows of Gift Wrapped Blocks and the 5 cream snowflake 2½” x 36½” sashing rectangles. Sew rows together to complete the center of the quilt.

BordersSeam allowances vary so measure through the center of the quilt before cutting border pieces. Sew border strips together end to end if necessary to get the length needed. Sew side borders first.

Border 1Side borders should be 46½”. Top and bottom borders should be 48½”.

Finish quilt by layering the quilt top, batting, and back. Bind with your favorite Riley Blake fabric from the Lost and Found Christmas Collection. Have fun with your colors and enjoy the journey of making your quilt.
