Upgrade Procedures

• Looking up serial numbers from within Designer, Dash and Alerts

• Go to https://licenseportal.toplineresults.com/• Enter the serial number in the white box and click the Search 

button.

Upgrade Procedures• Click on the Upgrade License button in the center Actions 

section.  If you do not see the Upgrade License button then your client’s serial number is already compatible with the latest version of Act!.

Upgrade Procedures• To receive your ACC discount enter your ACC coupon code, x526458, and click apply.

• Click Upgrade Now to proceed to the payment page.

Upgrade Procedures• Enter your full billing information into the Payment Information section.  Pay special attention to the total upgrade cost before clicking on the Submit Payment button.

• Your serial number is now compatible with the latest version of Act!

NFRS• All NFRs have been updated in our database to be compatible with Act! v16.

• Depending on when your NFR was released it may need to be manually upgraded

• If you have issues with your NFR or need new NFRs email info@toplineresults.com.
