YOU NEED:boiled spinach parmigiano cheese ricotta

eggs

flour, water and salt

Step 1: make the filledMix boiled spinach with ricotta, an egg and grated cheese

Step 2: make the dough

Mix flour, eggs and a bit of salt water

prepare the sheet with pasta machine

Cut slices of dough and with these

Cut each stripe in many squares and put a bit of filled in every of them

Close every shape with your fingers, creating this:

You can eat tortelli boiled in salty water and served with mushrooms sauce
