PREVENTION

Here’s what your support helped us accomplish in 2015

Traps™Hooked: Porn’s Hold on the Brain™

- Youth after Traps program

I’m going to be more careful online, at school

and with dating. Especially since older men make me

feel ‘special.’ So thank you.

- Youth after Traps program

Now I see things a bit clearer. I’ve been so close to being trafficked without

even knowing what was going on. Thanks a lot.

IDENTIFICATION

EMPOWERMENT

2,800First responders trained to identify and rescue victims. In 2015, we received dozens of calls from first responders who identified

victims in their jobs after having been through our training.

156Victims identified and viable leads turned into law enforcement for investigation of the perpetrator.

56Survivors served with trauma-informed case management,

mentoring, restorative aftercare services, and/or referrals. One suchcase includes an 17-year old survivor who was identified through a first responder training we hosted. We helped her get placed into a restorative safe home and mentored her weekly. Through our team's ongoing relationship, she shared vital information that assisted law

enforcement in opening an investigation of the crime ring that trafficked her.

Thank you. I have learned that pimp life is not normal but it’s hard to get away, especially when you think

you’re in love. I now know I need help.

You have helped me realize that I’m worth more than

any price and the past doesn’t define me. I’m glad I was

saved.

A journey forward...As we look back on our impact in 2015, we can’t

help but see it in the broader scope of a journey. A journey to freedom. We are committed to the

journey each survivor of sex trafficking embarks upon as they seek to find restoration. Each journey

is unique. It’s a commitment to the long haul. Will you join us in this journey?
